Perfect multi-family get-away

Kostas is the perfect host. Very accommodating and hospitable. We were three families from USA totaling 12 people, aged 55 to 15. 3 couples, 4 boys (22-19) and 2 girls (22 and 15). Plenty of space for all. Plenty to do. Hang at pool, play some tennis or workout in training room. We even got massages! We spent a week there. Kostas and his son met us at airport to lead us to the Villa. The Villa is centrally located in Corfu. We spent 4 days on water/beach excursions, a day in Corfu town and 2 days chilling at the villa. Kitchens are well equipped although we ordered out for delivery most days. Local restaurants were awesome and very friendly for Villa Prestige! We definitely recommend this rental. Not a bad thing to say. Even had cleaning service daily. Kostas and wife Maria stopped by for a visit one night. Kostas also treated us to some specialty ice creams. We felt like family.

Absolutely awesome villa...

Just returned from a week in this amazing villa. There were 9 of us ranging in ages from 22 to 59 and as a group we had never done the villa holiday thing before so I was a bit concerned that we might all get on top of each other. I needn’t have worried as the villa and the grounds are huge so there was tons of space to wonder off for some quiet time and the facilities were plenty large enough for all of us to have fun together. There is a large pool, huge tennis court, a beautiful shaded eating/relaxing area and an outside bar/BBQ area. The more energetic in the group used the gym, sauna and indoor pool every day and we all developed quite a competitive spirit playing table tennis. The villa and grounds were spotless and were kept that way all week by a lovely lady who came every morning. The villa is packed with equipment which is all very modern. Kosta’s and Maria were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. Kosta's met us at the airport so that we didn't get lost in our hire card and they stocked the larder and the fridge with essentials and surprised us when we arrived by having lunch prepared for us so that we didn’t have to race off to the supermarket as soon as we got there which we all thought was a really lovely touch. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this villa, we can’t wait to go back next year.

Amazing Villa & Awesome Service

We were a group of 18 adults who were celebrating four 40th Birthdays and wanted to get away from standard hotels and have our own private accommodation. From initial enquiry to the day we left Kostas and Maria were amazing. They corresponded professionally via email and answered promptly all questions. Kostas even recommended a company for Airport Transfers and Tours which took this hassle away from us. Kostas and Maria even met us at the airport to ensure everything was okay and to guide us to the Villa. The Villa itself is a great place with personal privacy and it is clean and modern. Everything was amazing. The rooms are spacious and the grounds allow you to have your own space as well as be able to mingle with the group. The deck area, pool and tennis court is where we spent most of our time. The pool areas has fridges and freezer so we were set to relax in the sun. In regard to Gouvia, the town is nearby and has ample bars and restaurants making the Villa ideally situated for night life and casual dining. Some evenings we took transport to Corfu Town which itself is about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend the Villa and will definitely return here again. Thanks again for an amazing stay.

Fantastic Villa and hosts!

As per most of the reviews this Villa is awesome! Seriously kitted out with everything you could need - total home from home! Kostas and Maria were welcoming hosts, meeting our family party of 15 at the airport so our transfer bus could follow him to the Villa, putting on a wonderful late lunch on the terrace and ensuring we had a fully stocked fridge and larder for breakfast the next morning as our arrival day was Sunday and there were no supermarkets open. Car hire is advisable however we just used taxis when we needed to shop or go out - to be honest we hardly wanted to leave the Villa and it's million things to do! Would love to come back so thanks Kostas and Maria - we had a fabulous time 👌🏻

“Excellent villa with outstanding facilities in a

We booked the villa with the owner and all our questions were answered very fast.

Acutally there are two villas on the property, but as there is only one outdoor pool and only one tennis court, the owners told us that only one of the villas are let at any given time. We had the one called "Villa Privilege Exclusive".

The owners picked us up at the airport and we followed in our car, so we had absolutely no problems finding the right way. They served us a light dinner and introduced themselves and us to all the facilities. It was a comprehensive tour, as the villa has centralized computercontrolled lighting and Dolby speakers in most rooms as well as expressomachine and all other electric kitchen aids.

I will not go into details with the facilities, just mentioned that everything was almost brand new, immaculate conditions and above all of my familymembers expectations before arrival.

We found the fitness center, the tennis court, the indoor and outdoor pools and the outdoor grill to be very usefull and enjoyable.

The location was very private with radiocontrolled frontgate, no closeby neighbours and complete silence apart from goats with bells and cockcrows in the morning.

The villa was serviced by a gartner/pool-guy every morning and a cleaning lady every 2nd or 3rd day. All worked out perfect.

Only 3 km drive was both good supermarkets and local restaurants. 
Waterpark Aqualand is only 5 km away and a must visit with kids.

The villas have own local Wi-Fi coverage with around a 2Mbps/256kbps Internet service, which most of the time was fine, but sometimes a little slow in peak hours in the evening.

Cellular coverage was no problem at the location.

We would like to visit again another time.

“A wonderful family break”

We descended on the Villa Privilege in force - 17 of us from the UK, ranging from grandma to 6 year old and everyone in between, including my teenage son and his mates and friends and family. And what a wonderful time we had!

It was the most relaxing week we could have wished for. We spent the time relaxing by (and in) the pool, wandering up to eat, watch films as a big group, dancing by the pool in the evening and going for long walks (and in some cases runs - but not me!) in the surrounding area. The youngster (teens) occasionally jumped in taxis and went off to Corfu town or the beach or hit the local nightclubs.

We arranged for a cook for the week, which made it relaxing for everyone. One day a masseur came and spent the day helping everyone relax. Bliss!

The weather was wonderful throughout and Kostas and Maria made sure that we settled in and came back from time to time to check that everything was okay and deal with minor niggles.

“Wonderful villa”

The villa lives up to its description. We travelled with our young adult family and their partners. We were apprehensive there may not be enough for them to do, but they loved the tennis, pools, table tennis and barbecues. We hired a people carrier and were met by the owners at the airport. They got lunch ready on the first day and made sure we had everything we wanted. The villa is stunning, so no-one minded which room they got. We went into Gouvia and Corfu Old Town for some great meals that didn't break the bank! Mike's second restaurant had just opened and we had a really good evening with quality food with friendly staff. The weather over Easter was mainly wet but given the beautiful surroundings we still had a memorable holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

“perfect place”

villa is perfect for big groups, for families with children. Very nice villa, big and confortable rooms, big and well equipted kitchen. the pool is big, and clean. Cleaning service everyday, very hight hospitality from the owners. if you want to have nice time and relax this villa is perfect.

“Excellent Villa”

This was a fantastic Villa. We stayed with 3 other families. All rooms were excellent and Kostas and his family could not have done more to make our stay more enjoyable. The Villa has suburb facilities and the pool, bar and BBQ became a favourite centrepont for our Villa days. We hired cars and saw a lot of the island. We were universally welcomed in this lovely Greek island. Would definitely recommend this villa to others.

“Beautiful Villa ideal for large groups.”

We were a group of 17 (4 Families with teenage children) The accommodation and facilities were excellent.
All rooms had air conditioning, the bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Most bedrooms with modern en suite bathrooms. Both kitchens were very well equipped and a lovely outside eating area.
Large pool with pool bar & BBQ. Gym / playroom with table tennis & bar football was great fun.
Excellent maid service (every day). Grounds and villas kept spotless.
Wonderful welcome from Kostas & his family who met us at the airport and showed us the way to the villa. They continued to be very helpful & friendly throughout our holiday. 
Cars are essential as the villas are a little isolated. (10 mins to large supermarket), but this also allows you explore this beautiful island. Corfu town is a must.

We stayed at the villa in August, it was absolutely amazing. The place has everything you can ask for and more. Furthermore, the owners are very accommodating and went out of their way, they provided us with a meal on our arrival day. As long as you have a hire car to get out and about, this is the perfect place to stay and really kick-back. Would love to return one day

What a fantastic family holiday!

We had a superb week,renting both villas for our group of 16. The quality of the accommodation really is exceptional all the rooms were great and all amenities top quality. With such a large group-age ranging from 2 to 83(!) I thought keeping everyone happy would be a challenge but it wasn't at all,everyone loved it. The outdoor areas are fabulous-huge pool,BBQ area and tennis court,as well as some fun indoor stuff too..table tennis ,table football,indoor gym and pool were all great fun. Easy to shop for BBQ /meals in,easy to get a delivery from a taverna,easy drive/taxi out to Gouvia or other resorts for a meal. What really made the difference was the warm welcome by Kostas and family ,visits to check that we were OK,and what seemed like constant daily cleaning of the villas to keep them immaculate ...we really appreciated the personal touch and the trouble Kostas took to make sure we were happy! I highly recommend these villas,whether renting one as a smaller group or both ,like us,as a larger group-both villas are beautiful . We will definitely be returning next year! sublime exceptionnel tout est parfait

notre séjour a été extraordinaire , les propriétaires sont très avenant à notre disposition pour tous renseignements, la maison est superbe ainsi que les extérieurs , qui séduisent les grands comme les petits nous étions 14 personnes . la maison a tout le confort et un ascenseur pour les personnes âgées ou handicapés , les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables la cuisine est bien équipée rien a redire . la maison est propre est bien entretenue. le cadre est magnifique vous entendez les oiseaux , les moutons et les poules pas de bruits de ville . gouvia est proche pour les courses et les restaurants sont sympa et pas cher. je recommande cette destination et cette location , vous ne serez pas déçus .

Perfect get away

We (20 persons!) rented both Villa Privilege and Classic for a week stay in Corfu. Both Villas were perfect and in great condition. The serves provided by the owner made us feel very welcome and safe during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planing a trip to visit Corfu.

The most amazing of weeks.

It's taken almost 9 months to finally write this review but after spending a week at Villa Privilege back in June it was of the up most importance this villa got the recognition it deserved. 
We were initially apprehensive booking this holiday directly with the owner as you have no one except ourselves to blame if the villa wasn't what we expected. However, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Kostas and his family ensured we had the most perfect week.
Facilities at the villa were of the highest of standards and to have exclusive access just made this villa so unique. 
Although i told Kostas the wrong arrival date nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble and we were even invited out to dinner at the end of the week. It's these touches that leave such a lasting impression and as a group we couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.
We will be sure to return in the not too distant future as other villas in this price range do not come close to comparing.

Fantastic villa, great service

Kostas was very responsive in the run-up to our visit, and there to greet us when we arrived. The villas are absolutely fantastic, brilliantly equipped and a pleasure to stay in. The only negative is it's a bit difficult to find but Kostas met us at the airport and showed us the way so it was fine. Each day, the staff cleaned the villas and left them spotless. No problems with any of the equipment inside or out, no issues with the deposit. I only wish we'd been able to stay longer. I'd hope to return at some point and I would strongly recommend this villa to any large groups.

Fabulous accommodation in a beautiful setting

We stayed in the Villa Privilege for a week at the beginning of august. We were promised that we would have sole use of the facilities and the owner was true to his word. We were the only people staying at the time so had sole use of the pool and tennis court. The villa is an a very peaceful setting in the hills just outside Gouvia. The owners Kostas and his wife Maria met us at the airport and provided lunch on our arrival. They were a lovely couple and gave us their mobile numbers in case wee needed anything during our stay. The villa was very large and beautifully decorated and the grounds were lovely. For us it was the perfect family getaway - tennis in the morning, then the pool in the afternoon and a barbecue in the evening. We also made use of the gym and table tennis.
