3 Lazy H Yellowstone Lodging - Just Blocks from Yellowstones North Entrance

UPDATE: The north entrance road from Gardiner to Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park will open on October 15, 2022. Reservations are currently being taken for the Summer of 2023. Restrictions may apply to oversized vehicles.

Only blocks away from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Come enjoy our newly remodeled, fully furnished unit with all the comforts of home. Includes fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths and laundry room. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and grocery store.

Family friendly 1,800 s.f., lower-level unit, has large living room with propane fireplace. After a hard day touring you can relax in the leather reclining sofa, loveseat and chair. Comfortable double futon also available for extra seating/sleeping. Kitchen is complete with full size appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, flat cooktop and range, over the range microwave and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster and all dishware also included. Dining room table seats 6 (extra chairs can be requested). Master bedroom has queen sized bed and on suite bath with glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub (hairdryers supplied). Second bath has soaking tub/shower combo. Second and third bedrooms each have one queen bed. Living room and all bedrooms feature flat screen satellite television. Private laundry room has oversize washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. All bedding and bath towels provided. Port-a-crib, highchair, swing and stroller available upon request. BBQ grill is located on the small outdoor patio with dining table and seating for four.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wipe down counters and appliances in the kitchen and sweep the floor. Clean and return dishes to where they were found. Bagged trash/recyclables only in green bear proof can. We haul our own garbage.
Clean BBQ grill if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Check out procedures must be followed or a $125 (or more) cleaning fee will be charged depending on the additional time spent cleaning.
- Do not approach wildlife that frequent the yard.

This is a beautifully appointed, well-stocked, super clean property. Our hosts were very welcoming (so were the two elk who were lounging in the yard when we arrived). The kitchen was stocked with a generous selection of spices and plenty of cooking equipment. Hosts were generous with items for experiencing Yellowstone (like bear spray). Parking was easy. Location was excellent. We were sad to leave.

Spacious clean accommodations in town of Gardiner convenient to the Mammoth entrance to the park. Groceries and food within walking distance of house. Fantastic stay!

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The house was clean, spacious, newly updated, and we had a family of elk that visited us daily. Hosts were personable and friendly. The host had warm brownies and a kind note welcoming us! We would love to come back again!

Wonderful time

We had an amazing time at the 3Lazy H. It was clean comfortable and relaxing. A great location to enjoy Yellowstone. JoLynn was such a wonderful host and we couldn’t have asked for better communication. We especially loved the brownies that greeted us at the door and the Elk in the yard. We would highly recommend and hope to be back soon.

I've been a resident of Gardiner since 1999. I love this beautiful small mountain town. I spent 15 years working for the Gallatin National Forest as the developed recreation coordinator. Currently, I manage two vacation rentals, and am the EMS Coordinator for our local fire & ambulance service. My husband's family has 7 generations that have resided in Gardiner. He currently manages the bison quarantine facility along highway 89. You will see these bison if you drive north from Gardiner 7 miles. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the area or if you are looking for a great place on the National Forest to get away from the hustle and bustle of Yellowstone. Please let us know how we can make your vacation experience a great one!

Located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. Private parking for two vehicles directly in front of the entrance door. Although not completely handicap accessible, the unit has no stairs, 36" doors, walk-in shower and raised toilets for convenience.
