3 Lazy H Yellowstone Lodging - Just Blocks from Yellowstones North Entrance

Only blocks away from the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Come enjoy our newly remodeled, fully furnished unit with all the comforts of home. Includes fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two full baths and laundry room. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and grocery store.

Family friendly 1,800 s.f., lower-level duplex unit, has large living room with propane fireplace. After a hard day touring you can relax in the leather reclining sofa, loveseat and chair. Comfortable double futon also available for extra seating/sleeping. Kitchen is complete with full size appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water/ice dispenser, flat cooktop and range, over the range microwave and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster and all dishware also included. Dining room table seats 6 (extra chairs can be requested). Master bedroom has queen sized bed and on suite bath with glass enclosed shower and separate soaking tub (hairdryers supplied). Second bath has soaking tub/shower combo. Second and third bedrooms each have one queen bed. Living room and all bedrooms feature flat screen satellite television. Private laundry room has oversize washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. All bedding and bath towels provided. Port-a-crib, highchair, swing and stroller available upon request. BBQ grill is located on the small outdoor patio with dining table and seating for four.

Clean BBQ grill if used.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone entering Yellowstone at this entrance. Best VRBO we have ever stayed at. Anything you could want for was provided. Very clean and comfortable. Saw elk outside the window numerous times. Provided easy access to the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Met one of the host. Extremely friendly and informative. Located in a small cozy town.

The listing has entire house, which is not true you have the entire basement. The family lives above you. It is done very nicely and we had a great stay. We saw elk all around the property.

So close to the north entrance to Yellowstone! Able to walk to everything in Gardiner. The host was so kind and the communication throughout was awesome. The house itself was clean, well stocked, and the rooms were large and beds comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is perfectly located right near downtown Gardiner. It is about a five minute drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The property was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals and had a grill, outside space and small coolers to borrow. Very thankful for laundry on site. Had great conversations with the owners. Thanks again, would definitely go back if we are in the area.

Umbrellas and Bear spray were in the home, ready for guests to use! And sunscreen.Host responds right away to any questions. This experience cannot be beat.I have a kid who does not eat veggies so I have to make smoothies to get, you know, vitamins into her. I asked the host if there would be a blender there, and she put one there for us in advance. We made great use of it.Our first night, two female elk and two juveniles walked on the front lawn, just browsing. Our third morning, there was a thump at a window of a bedroom, which my kid ignored, and when we all woke up a couple hours later there was a tiny bunny rabbit juvenile in the window-well. I guess it had fallen in. I used a shirt to give it a boost up out of the window well and then it disappeared, back to Mama. Next day, the mama rabbit was hanging out by the bear-proof green bin, kinda checkin' us out, maybe.A Corral diner is directly adjacent to the house, and we tried their pasta: good but maybe on the rich side. A 7-minute slow walk down the main street is Ridley grocery store. I frequented it, got little groceries there and frozen foods for many meals.

This is a beautifully appointed, well-stocked, super clean property. Our hosts were very welcoming (so were the two elk who were lounging in the yard when we arrived). The kitchen was stocked with a generous selection of spices and plenty of cooking equipment. Hosts were generous with items for experiencing Yellowstone (like bear spray). Parking was easy. Location was excellent. We were sad to leave.

This was a great place to stay, minutes from the Yellowstone gate. Spacious inside with full kitchen and bbq grill outside. Much better than staying in a small cabin or hotel, like having a home to come back to every night.

Wonderful Yellowstone Stay in Gardiner

Spacious clean accommodations in town of Gardiner convenient to the Mammoth entrance to the park. Groceries and food within walking distance of house. House was well-stocked with necessary cooking utensils, bear spray, insect spray, sunscreen, games, books, etc. we couldn’t have asked for a better space for our family. Thank you, JoLynn!

Fantastic stay!

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed. The house was clean, spacious, newly updated, and we had a family of elk that visited us daily. Hosts were personable and friendly. The host had warm brownies and a kind note welcoming us! We would love to come back again!

I've been a resident of Gardiner since 1999. I love this beautiful small mountain town. I spent 15 years working for the Gallatin National Forest as the developed recreation coordinator. Currently, I manage two vacation rentals, and am the EMS Coordinator for our local fire & ambulance service. My husband's family has 7 generations that have resided in Gardiner. He currently manages the bison quarantine facility along highway 89. You will see these bison if you drive north from Gardiner 7 miles. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the area or if you are looking for a great place on the National Forest to get away from the hustle and bustle of Yellowstone. Please let us know how we can make your vacation experience a great one!

What makes this property unique

Located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. Private parking for two vehicles directly in front of the entrance door. Although not completely handicap accessible, the unit has no stairs, 36" doors, walk-in shower and raised toilets for convenience.
