Located on the top floor, this newly renovated listing boasts a clean, bright design and comfy furnishings. Right in the heart of the city, you'll be surprised how quiet it is, given it's location.

The property has an open living/dining/kitchen space that leads to 2 bedrooms just off it. It sleeps 6 guests in total. (3 x 4ft6in bed). Carefully decorated, specifically for short term guests and corporate, it provides all the amenities you'll need.

The apartment gets lots of natural light through roof lights and front facing windows. The living area has a corner sectional fabric sofa so everyone has a comfy seat from which to watch TV. Tune into one of the selection of terrestrial channels, or login to your Netflix account through the smart TV! Of course, there is high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Set the table for dinner in a flash! The table and chairs fold away to maximize the living space for everyone to enjoy when they're not eating.

The kitchen is compact but offers all the functionality of a hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Cutlery, crockery, and all cooking utensils are supplied.

BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a 4ft6in bed frame. Make use of the full length mirror, vanity and large wardrobe to get yourself ready for your night out. Bedside tables and lamps all make things a little more homely.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 x 4ft6 beds, a vanity, wardrobe and bedside lockers and lamps also. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower, heated towel rail and vanity. Basic toiletries, bathroom linen and toilet paper are supplied. Need to do laundry?

The only other thing to note would be that there are 8 flights of stairs (~65 steps) to ascend to the front door of the property. This may be a consideration for those that having difficulty navigating steps, or if you will be bringing particularly heavy luggage with you.
