Charming City Townhouse
Our cute and cosy townhouse offers all the comfort you need for a Galway city stay. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.
The living room faces the street and is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Galway.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to cook at home. Our place also has the bonus of a private courtyard — a rare find in the city.
There is no parking included with this property due to it's central location. However, if you require parking, please do let us know a day or two before you arrive and we can send you information on the best local offers available for your stay.
The Space:
The home is finished with modern design and comfortable furnishings that will make you feel right at home. On entering the home you immediately come into the living space which has seating for four and flat screen Tv. To the back of the living room is the kitchen. Modern style cabinetry with oven, microwave, dishware, and cookware that you will need for your stay including a dining area. Further back again is our private courtyard. The Bonus room! Relax and chat about the days adventures.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds. The bathroom with walk in shower is adjacent.

Our place is less than 200m to most of the top restaurants in the city. And less than 1 block to the Latin Quarter and Shop Street. Eyre Square and the train station are within a ten minute minute walk. This really is the best base for exploring Galway.
Apex - Peace Of Mind:
This property uses the Apex Accommodation Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization.
All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touchpoints like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.
Other things to note:
We do not rent to locals. We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**.
This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.

Guests have access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets, which we kindly ask you to respect.

Our place is less than 500m to some of the top restaurants in the city. And less than 1 block to Shop Street. Eyre Square is just five minutes walk. This really is the best base for exploring Galway.
Getting Around:
The train station is within a ten minute walk. If you prefer to take tours please contact us and we can help with planning these or give you some best tips for itineraries.
Other Things to Note:
Stays of 7 days will have a mid stay clean.
Check in is 04.00pm - check out 10.30am
Interaction with Guests:
All messages are handled directly through the platform, so you’ll be fully supported throughout your stay. For urgent situations—such as a lockout or trouble with directions—a mobile number will also be available.
Important to Note:
There is a €200 Security Deposit required for this property. This deposit will be charged to your account 1 day in advance of your arrival and returned once departed.
Please be aware that refunds following a cancellation may be subject to associated banking or payment processing fees.
