Falcons Nest (Downstairs)

The first bedroom has a queen bed with a private full-size bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath (shower, no tub). The third bedroom has 2 twin size bed with a private bathroom as well.
There is a spacious living room with TV/Satellite, sofa bed and gas fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishware, cookware, and silverware provided. A balcony with a gas grill. And laundry facilities. Starlink Satellite internet with unlimited usage.

This property has one parking spot over winter and 2 parking spots over summer.



We provide you with dishware, cookware, silverware, blankets, pillows, linens and towels. Condiments provided are: hot chocolate, Folgers coffee and filters, sugar packets, cream packets, Lipton tea, and salt & pepper. We also provide dishwasher detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and free firewood for our Yosemite West properties. All our properties come equipped with propane BBQ's, and we provide the propane.

Nice location inside Yosemite! House is clean if a bit dated inside. Everything was perfectly functional. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles, but there’s room. Property management is very responsive. We had a great time!

Great location

Great location for spending time at the park! The house was average but would not recommend staying in the downstairs when there are young children staying upstairs, they were very loud at an early hour!

We loved this location, inside the National Park, and found this downstairs unit very clean, comfortable and pleasant. The property managers were very responsive when my kids locked themselves out of the bathroom (still not quite sure how that happened) but it was fixed quite promptly. Overall, a beautiful property in an unforgettable spot!

Perfect family place!

I stayed with my brother and his family. It was awesome that all of the adults got a queen sized bed and that each room had its own bathroom. The home was in great condition and we got to watch amazing sunsets each night from the balcony. One thing to note: I had reserved the “downstairs” unit to avoid stairs. Unfortunately, the unit was below the level of the carport. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it is something to know.

Comfortable and convenient

Falcon West (downstairs) had everything we needed. We truly appreciated its proximity to Yosemite Valley! Mattresses/bedding were quite comfortable! Washer/dryer was an unexpected plus. Hopefully it will be available for our next trip to Yosemite!

Nice place, good location, great deck

This place was pretty good, we were in the downstairs part and there was an excitable group above us. The noise definitely came through to us but the overall experience was pretty good. The layout for bedrooms was a bit strange (one is sort of outside the main apartment), but they are sized well and two of them are really big. The living area is very open and the deck is great. We booked sort of last minute and the place worked out fine. Be aware of the two car parking limit.

Cozy comfortable family place

We loved the place. The place is very well maintained and extremely clean. We were first timers to Yosemite. There were some good suggestions for hikes around the place and good info on getting around things. Kitchen is well equipped with everything. Our little one also loved the small library in the place. The place is located at a convenient distance from Yosemite valley and glacier point

Lovely home!

My only problem with the place was that hot water was not usually available in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than that, the place was great. They were very responsive when we ran out of propane, and the place was lovely! I recommend making a door code for that side door on the 1st level. It was just a bit awkward always coming in at the 2nd level.
