It’s time to “BEACH PAR-TEE FORE SHORE”! This wonderful home features both OCEAN & FAIRWAY VIEWS and is located a SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH on Hole #1 of the SeaScape Golf Course in Kitty Hawk. It features an 8-PERSON HOT TUB, a large SWIMMING POOL (unheated), and a game room with a POOL TABLE and FOOSBALL. It has a large Great Room/Dining/Kitchen area GREAT FOR LARGE FAMILY GATHERINGS. Free WI-FI with speed up to 60mps. 7 TV’S and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones. The roomy breakfast bar and dining tables seat 14+ with additional seating if necessary. All three areas have OCEAN VIEWS. Magnificent decks with built-in benches have OCEAN VIEWS and overlooks the POOL and also the FAIRWAY! Located on a private road nestled in Kitty Hawk near where Orville and Wilbur Wright flew their first flight.

There are 2 King master suites, 3 Queen bedrooms, and 2 twins. As an added bonus, you'll find all the beds made with fresh linens upon your arrival compliments of the homeowner! There is also a 3rd story WIDOW’S WATCH/LOFT/STUDY with an amazing view of the ocean and golf course. Great for chilling out, reading a book, watching TV or just relaxing after a fun filled day at the beach or on the links. Speaking of relaxing, did we mention the 8-PERSON HOT TUB.

In the recreation room, you’ll find a kitchenette including refrigerator, microwave, pool & foosball tables. Outside enjoy the splendor of a huge 30’ x 13’ foot swimming pool and an 8-person hot tub. There is also a screened porch, grill, and enclosed outside shower.

Great room with cathedral ceilings, ocean views, fairway views, fireplace, & flat screen TV.
A large fully outfitted kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, juicer, electric griddle and all the pots and pans one would need to prepare meals for the entire family & friends.
Breakfast bar with 2 stools,
Dining area with seating for 12.
Additional table which seats 4 for dining, cards, puzzles, etc.
Master suite with king bed overlooking the fairway connecting to large deck.
Queen bedroom also overlooking fairway which opens onto deck.
Bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Very large wrap around Oceanside deck with ocean view and which overlooks the swimming pool

I really enjoyed myself with my family it was nice actually spent more time at the house than anywhere the beach had a a lot of jellyfish so we really enjoyed the pool and the pool table as well also all the board games and just all the extras I really just needed to bring clothes and fishing gear because everything else was there to use also appreciate the quick response when we lost internet during the storm I have stayed at a lot of houses in NC and this was far the best one Ty for letting us enjoy it

The amount of space in the house was amazing. The pool was a huge hit and walking to the beach daily was convenient,too. Owners are right about parking behind the lattice! Kids were thrilled to collect golf balls daily. There was so much in the area we didn't realy use the game room. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty if towels. The owner was great about check in, made it simple, and we were alerted that it was done early.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Everything was clean and perfect for our family. Access to the beach was so easy. Beach parking was close and just a short walk to the beach. This property was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms, the cleanliness, the open space in the house, the supplies in the house (dvds, games, pool floats, kitchens items). Comforts of home away from home

The property was just as we expected and more. There was plenty of room for my family of 8 adults to do as much or as little as they wanted. Each room is tastefully decorated with a different theme. The beds were super comfy and the area was nice and quiet. The amenities were well kept and greatly enjoyed by the group. We played pool, board games, and soaked in the hot tub. Tracy met us upon arrival and was very responsive to questions. Check in and out were a breeze. My only recommendation would be some of the cookware could use upgrading. Other than that, everything was great. Would highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this home as soon as we saw it. The main rooms, Great Room, Kitchen, Dinning & 3 bedrooms are on the second level. Unlike many large homes on the outer banks, guests do not have to climb three flights of stair. Only the widow's watch & upper deck are on the 3rd level. The other 3 bedrooms, game room, hot tub and private swimming pool are all located on the ground floor.
