One of the nicest vacation rentals I've stayed in! The location was great- 5 min. walk to a wonderful beach but on a quiet street. Every day, we made use of the kitchen which was very well provisioned. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a washer/dryer. We also really enjoyed the roof top pool and hot tub.

Perfect walkable spot in PV

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and the check in process was easy. We loved the rooftop pool.The condo is in the perfect location and we walked to most of the restaurants and beach clubs. Overall, we would come back!

Beautiful Stay

This condo is everything that the pictures show, and more! We were met at the front desk when we arrived, and were escorted to our condo. We were shown around, and set up with wifi. The rooftop pool area is absolutely gorgeous, and the close access to the bodega was definitely a plus. We felt very safe, and walked everywhere. So many fun bars and restaurants around. We will be booking this place again... for sure!

The view from the roof pool has got to be one of the best in PV. The unit was clean and lots of kitchen utensils, towels, etc. had a little trouble checking in with the manager, but it all worked out. Altogether a good experience. We would come back.

Condo was amply comfy in an understated property. A few glitches reported. WiFi was too spotty but reportedly it was more of a neighborhood/infrastructure issue. The pool & bay view was amazing & unforgettable! And a Generous Host to Boot supplying condo with all kitchen & laundry supplies needed!

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor deck. Very well stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, pots and pans). Water pressure in the shower was low but that is a building issue. The master shower is huge!!!! The condo is at the heart of zona romantica with all amenities super close. Well stocked mini market just around the corner. Plenty of cabs across the street and fabulous restaurants all within easy walking distance! Very safe neighborhood. Overall great stay and great easy communication with the owner and the property manager.

Incredible rooftop with pool in great location

The condo is nicely laid out with a bedroom and onsuite bathroom on each end of the condo for privacy. Well equipped, extrememly clean and organised. Property manager was waiting for us and showed us around the condo. We ate out so never used the stove or dishwasher. We found a small eatery close to the condo, called the Porch and ate breakfast there a couple of times. Many restaurants nearby. Its a great location. The highlight was the pool on the roof with its beautiful view of the ocean and warm hottub. We watched the sunset every evening from inside the endless pool, with the swallows swooping down into the water. Condo was also very quiet, which suited us. Fortunately, the condo has a parking space as there is no parking nearby.

Overall great location and very nice condo and building

Had a couple of issues when first arrived, had to get in touch with owner next day to resolve. Was planning on working from location a couple days while there, but internet was way too slow and intermittent to be able to work. Was told they were switching providers the 2nd day of my stay, but that never happened. It would also be nice if they provided shampoo and a larger soap bar, had to purchase both. Loved the location and roof top pool. Just would've been nice to have a toilet seat in the bathroom day one and working internet.

Holidays de-Stressed

The location was excellent. In the center of the Romantic Zona, but in a section that buffered us from all the late night festivities. The unit was perfect with a well appointed kitchen and a market at the end of the block that had just about everything. 24/7 security was nice to have though we never felt unsafe. Jesus was an awesome friendly face that made us feel right at home. Pool towels provided and bedding was comfortable. Note that no shampoo or conditioner are included, it plenty of cleaning supplies. The futon in the den was broken and very uncomfortable. Spacious deck with a grill wonderful. Pool area and the gym were excellent, but not near enough deck chairs so get there early. Would definitely stay there again.

Well, this is a beautiful condo with a great location, there are many issues that made our stay less than pleasant. For our entire four days stay there was never hot water. And I don’t mean the water was just lukewarm. There was zero hot water would not get warm at all for all four days. After reporting this to the property management And having someone come out and check on it, they were still unable to correct the issue. In addition, the keypad to the door did not work. This forced us to share one key among all the guests in the condo. It was very inconvenient. Additionally the fan and the guest bedroom did not work. The battery was dead in the remote and it took all four days before it could be replaced by management. This made it most uncomfortable with the temperature in this room. Finally, all of the air conditioners are only set at a certain temperature. It never got cooled in the condo. When I reached out to the property owner after our stay to ask for a partial refund to make this right I was only given US75. This is so Less than satisfactory. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures as there are many issues in this condo that will make your stay less than pleasant.

A bit more restrictive than we are looking for.

The property is nice but there were several other issues. The hot water runs out very quickly. No hair dryer in the second bedroom. The fan remote didn't work in the second bedroom. The staff puts a bracelet on you that your expected to wear and threatened to charge 500 pecos of you lose it. No food by the pool. The staff was following us around to make sure we didn't have any food by the pool. People in the town told us they could tell we were staying there by the bracelet which is kinda scary. Overall the unit is great and in a great location but the property rules etc seems a bit too restrictive to return. There are other properties near by that we haven't had the same issues. Biggest issue was that they weren't heating the hot tub. For the cost, we are expecting a working on site hot tub as it was listed.

Agréables vacances...

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre vacances au "D Terrace" de PV. L'unité de logement 304 est une unité locative bien entretenue, bien équipée et très agréable en confort et en quiétude; bien que l'unité de logement est une unité sans fumée, les terrasses extérieures ne semblent pas l'être... les voisins fument... un peu ennuyeux! Nous avons quand même profité et apprécié la terrasse pour tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Quant aux espaces communs ( piscine, gym et espaces communautaires), ils sont bien agréables et bien entretenus... un plus!

You Get What You Pay For

It cost us a lot more to stay here than at the hotel we originally booked but it was sure worth it! The condo is luxe, clean, fully equipped and comfortable. It's even nicer in person than in the pictures listed. From start to finish, our host Rafael and Jorge, the Concierge, were quick to respond to inquiries, issues and requests. The location is prime and the rooftop pool is IG worthy, scenic and comfortable.

I would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was awesome! First of all, a concierge met us there and showed us around. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Every room had air conditioning and ceiling fans. The patio is lovely, with a fan and a grill. But the highlight of the place is it’s rooftop pool with amazing views!! There’s also a nice gym on the roof. The staff are all incredibly kind and professional. The location is perfect. It’s a block from the beach and in the middle of Zona Romanica. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I would absolutely stay there again.

Lovely luxurious apartment but the pool and rooftop area is the star. Breathtaking views that just bring peace and tranquillity. Great location close enough to everything but just off the main strip so remains quiet. Well equipped kitchen and actually has good quality equipment unlike so many other VRBO properties. Great property, primo, quiet and beautiful pool.

The only thing to update to modern times is about the 25 dollar charge if you lose your bracelet. I think the property should represent a higher caliber then trying to flip more coins for something that has limited safety advantages.

The complex has great areas like gym, roof top, business center and more that fits our perfect location for a great time off.
