Summary:
Fabulous modern spacious 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views across the water to Fife. Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen and separate dinning area. 2 nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Master bedroom has an ensuite. Wifi included and Tv. Amazing bus links into the city and Private parking.

Easy clean and modern living. Clean and cosy with private balcony with stunning sunset views over the waters towards fife and a quaint little harbour.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Fantastic location, really easy to visit Edinburgh city centre. Serviced with an amazing bus service. During the day the busses are every 10 minutes, there is also a night bus service.

Getting Around:
bus stop to city centre is a few minutes walk away at The ship Inn.

Please be aware we provide travel pop up cots but not the laundry or bedding. The cot is standard size and we only supply the basic mattress that comes with the cot. We do not accept responsibility for the use of the travel cot or high chair. Please note the cot will not be made upon arrival.

Amazing apartment

Gorgeous apartment on the 2nd floor with lovely views aver the water. Apartment had everything that was needed for a break away and was very clean. Lovely local area to walk around, very peaceful and quiet. Would stay here again

Fab stay in Musselburgh

Lovely apartment, wonderfully located overlooking the harbour. Convenient for public transport, parking on site as well. Very well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation. Minor issue, communication with the property manager via Vrbo was very clunky.

Fisherton was easy to rent with quick confirmation. It had everything you would need for a holiday home, loved the location, beautiful views over the harbour, with frequent and quick bus commuting into the city, would diffently recommend it x

Quiet weekend away

Quiet comfortable apartment. Bit dated in places. Bathroom grouting etc and loose floor tile, cleaning was ok. Nice base for walks etc. Not much to do in Musselburgh but had a nice lunch in Luca's although had to queue about 30 mins for table, then couple of drinks in David Macbeth Moir which is a lovrly building. Recommend the Beach House in Portobello for breakfast.

The flat worked well for us for a two-night stay near Edinburgh. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only problem we had was making the key work in the lock on the outside stairway door. We had to convince a neighbor to let us in. We finally were able to get it to work the next day with lots of effort. It ought to be replaced. We received no help from the rental agent with this issue.
