Casanovina is a beautiful holiday villa in the Chianti region, set on an open ridge with spectacular views over the typical Chianti Classico landscape. Just a few hundred meters away is the renowned winery Castellare di Chianti, and the charming village of Castellina in Chianti can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot. This property is perfect for a large family or a group of friends wanting to spend relaxed days together. Guests can enjoy a stunning terraced garden filled with herbs and blooming plants, a large pool, and a spacious terrace shaded by a vine-covered pergola – ideal for outdoor meals. On clear days, you can even spot the famous towers of San Gimignano and Siena. For entertainment, there’s table tennis and a bocce court.



Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, Casanovina offers easy access to the region’s famous wineries, castles, and historic towns. Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, and Arezzo are all perfect for day trips. Castellina in Chianti is just five minutes away by car and offers excellent restaurants, small shops, and a COOP supermarket – we especially recommend the delicious ice cream from Gelateria di Castellina. Larger supermarkets can be found in Poggibonsi, which also has a train station with direct trains to Florence.

Casanovina consists of a two-storey main house and an adjoining annex, providing plenty of space and privacy. Inside, the lovingly restored stone house features wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, combined with soft pastel décor, stylish furnishings, and a cosy atmosphere.



Some local residents live in neighbouring apartments, including the owners of Casanovina, who are always happy to assist guests with tips and support.
