There are beautiful panoramic sea views from the multiple fully furnished terraces of the house where you can enjoy outdoor dining as well as spectacular sunrise and sunsets and astounding star gazing.
The house which has seen many recent upgrades, measures more than 500 sq.m. and has 6 double bedrooms including bunkbeds in one bedroom and 4 bathrooms as well as a well equipped kitchen.
The highlight is a large BBQ room which opens out directly onto a swimming poolwhich has just been completely refurbished and measures 12x4m.
The house is cocooned within lush tropical landscaped gardens.
There is a separate office space and high performance fibre optic wifi available throughout the house.
On site there is parking for two cars behind remote control operated gates and additional free on street parking.
There are full laundry facilities.
The very large swimming pool is occasionally shared with the neighboring house but there is ample space for everyone and there is a pergola private to the house where you can shade on the numerous sunbeds.
In the months of July and August the pool will be for the EXCLUSIVE USE of our guests.
The villa is cleaned thoroughly by a professional cleaning company.
This is without any doubt an ideal house for a fabulous family vacation.
Ground floor: indoor area with barbecue and extra kitchen with dining table, plus double bedroom and bathroom. Access to the pool area and porch.
First floor: large kitchen, living room – dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. Three bedrooms, a games room and two bathrooms.
Second floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Room 1: 1st floor, double bed 1.35m with wardrobe, ceiling fan and window.
Room 2: 1st floor, located next to room 1, has two single bunk beds, with wardrobe and window.
Room 3: 1st floor, double bed of 1.50m, with wardrobe, ceiling fan and small terrace overlooking the back of the villa.
Office: 1st floor, next to room 1 and 2, work area with small terrace.
Room 4: 2nd floor, with double bed of 1.50m, with small terrace overlooking the sea.
Room 5: 2nd floor, with double bed of 1.50m, with wardrobe and small dressing room, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and small terrace overlooking the back of the villa.
Room 6: ground floor, with double bed 1.35m, with ceiling fan.
Bathroom 1: 1st floor, near rooms 1 and 2, with shower.
Bathroom 2: 1st floor, near room 3, with shower.
Bathroom 3: 2nd floor, en suite in room 5, with shower.
Bathroom 4: ground floor, near room 6, with shower.
It has a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
Availability of two cots under request.
