Villa Description

Villa Susan is a fantastic villa in the perfect location for the attractions of San Antonio and the Bay. Set in 6000msq of private land with great outdoor spaces and stylish interiors this is the ideal base for families and groups alike. The villa has WIFI, Aircon* (in bedrooms) Private pool, BBQ, well equipped kitchen and a large lounge area. Villa Susan offers everything and more for a great stay here in Ibiza!



In order to keep the cost of renting this villa as low as possible if air conditioning is required we ask for a small supplement



Inside the Villa

You enter into the largest room, an open plan living room/ inside dining area which boasts plenty of seating, a flat screen TV with UK TV channels – Ideal for when you wish to escape the mid-day sun and relax. Two bedrooms lead from a small hallway – both very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. Between the two rooms there is a modern shower room, with toilet/sink. The large master suite is entered via a separate door and here you will find the en-suite (with bath, shower, toilet, sink) – again lots of storage. Finally the kitchen leads from the dining area and is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything else you need for a combatable stay.



Outside Area

The villa is set in 6000msq of private land with no neighbours overlooking. There is a fantastic paved terrace area leading to the pool and sun worshippers have the sun almost all day! The pool is a great size for the number of guests and offers views to San Antonio and towards the sunset coast! A fantastic outdoor dining area and BBQ area is situated poolside. There is ample parking for those wanting to rent mopeds/cars.

Eco Tax is payable on arrival at 2.20€ per person per night
