Amazing views

Very nice place to stay. Ibizian style decoration. Beautiful outdoor space. It was very nice to have a stoove in wintertime Kitchen utilities were a bit disappointing We certainly want to come back

Un logement spacieux, très propre et proposant plusieurs espaces extérieurs très agréables. À proximité de belles plages typiques d’Ibiza.La communication avec le propriétaire est facile et les réponses ont toujours été rapides.Nous le recommandons vivement.

Großzügige Wohnung mit vielen Balkonen wunderschönen Ausblick. Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Schöne Gegend mit tollen Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Aussicht auf das Meer an einer sehr ruhigen und freundlichen Lage. Haus sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, jedoch etwas warm ohne Klimaanlage. Eigener Parkplatz und Eingang, viele Sitzplätze um Haus. Danke Antonio für deine Gastfreundschaft.

Schöne Unterkunft

Hatten ganz zauberhafte Tage auf Ibiza und in der Ferienwohnung. Sehr großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkons vor den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnbereich sowie drei Terrassen rund ums Anwesen und auf dem Dach Mi der Konsequenz, dass man jederzeit einen Ort im Schatten bzw. in der Sinne hat. Die Kommunikation war total einfach. Der Pool vom Hostel gegenüber konnte mitbenutzt werden.

wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, einzig ein PKW Parkplatz wäre noch hilfreich - scheint aber in Planung zu sein.

Sunset at Cala Moli

Ein perfektes Haus für eine Familie, mit einer schönen Terrasse und 2 wunderbaren Balkonen mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett und kann gute Tips für Ausflüge geben. Leider war uns nicht bewusst, dass sich unten im Haus noch eine einlegerwohnung für Paare befindet...

Schöne Wohnung mit tollen Ausblick

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick auf's Meer war einfach toll! Der absolute Hit waren die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, auch wenn hier und da schon ziemliche Gebrauchsspuren zu sehen sind. Das ist voran in den Bädern und der Küche. In der Umgebung gibt es viele grosse Villas die gerne die Musik aussen ziemlich laut anmachen. Aber als uns das einmal zu sehr auf die Nerven gegangen ist und wir Antonio informiert haben, war es sofort ruhig. Antonio und sein Team waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch ab und zu den Pool im Hostel benutzt. Da es da immer sehr ruhig war, war das sehr entspannend verglichen mit den im Hochsommer vollen Stränden.

Super vue et super emplacement

Belle maison, avec plein d’espaces extérieurs où se « poser » en fonction de l’heure de la journée. Vue splendide sur la mer avec de splendides coucher de soleil. Propriétaire t’es sympathique. Emplacement très agréable pour explorer les criques du sud et de l’ouest de l’ile.

Een mooi huis met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de ruime balkons op beide verdiepingen.

Een fijn en leuk ingericht huis, bestaande uit twee verdiepingen. Elke verdieping heeft een ruim balkon over de hele breedte van het huis met een werkelijk schitterend uitzicht op zee. Het huis is heel rustig gelegen aan een doodlopend wehgetje. 's Morgens staat de zon niet op het huis, later in de middag wel. De keuken is nieuw en simpel (afwasmachine), met een heel goede en ruime Samsung koelkast, met diepvriesladen. Beneden is ook nog een ruime buitenplaats in Ibiza-stijl, met onder meer een vaste barbecue en een hangmat. Ook hier (beperkt) uitzicht op zee. In één van de twee slaapkamers een ventilator aan het plafond. Eén badkamer. Eén keer in de week verschoning van het beddengoed. Meerdere handdoeken liggen klaar en worden verschoond. Via de buitenplaats kun je lopend (50 meter) naar hostel Cala Molí, waar de eigenaar en zijn vrouw wonen. Direct contact dus. Zeer vriendelijke en aardige mensen. Bij het hostel is een heel fijn en mooi zwembad, met ligbedden en parasols en ook weer een prachtig uitzicht. In dit huis zit je in de directe nabijheid van idyllische strandjes (Ses Boques; strand van stenen en restaurant) en mooie, grotere en bekende zandstranden (bv. Cala Vedella, met restaurants en Cala D'hort met uitzicht op Es Vedra en Cala Bassa, ook met beachclub). Een auto is noodzakelijk. Een heerlijke vakantie.

Schöne Lage, Grandioser Ausblick !

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von mehreren kleinen Buchten entfernt. Vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Essengehen: kleine Strand-Buden, nette Restaurants, exklusive Beach-Clubs - für jeden Geschmack und jedes Budget etwas dabei. Kleiner Supermarkt 5 Autominuten entfernt (hat aber alles - vom frischen Aufschnitt über Sonnenschirme bis Dom Pérignon). Haus über zwei Etagen mit Terrasse und Balkon (super Ausblick), privater Parkplatz für 1 Auto direkt vor der Tür. Netter Vermieter, der mit seinem kleinen Hotel unterhalb des Hauses auch einen Pool anbietet, den man nutzen kann.
