Our villa is centrally located. It's 1000 feet from the beach! A five minute walk will get you to golf, tennis, the beach, or Straw Market center's quaint shops and restaurants. Resort privileges are included with your rental, providing you all the privileges of a Kiawah Island Golf Resort guest. Your guest card provides you with pool access to the Night Heron Olympic sized, BOTH CHILDREN'S POOLS w WATER PARK located in Night Heron and West Beach , and Tennis Court Villa Adult pools. You are also entitled to the Resort's island shuttle transportation, and attention from the courteous resort staff to handle any of your needs. Our rental unit is comfortable and relaxing. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a sofa pullout provide comfortable accommodations for a maximum of 6 people. A full kitchen, washer and dryer, cooking utensils and appliances and linens/towels are provided. This second floor unit has an outdoor balcony with seating for 4 and a master bedroom bay window, which both overlook a tranquil lagoon. Hi-speed wireless Internet service provided. It is the perfect place to which to return after a day out at the beach or pool, a vigorous bike ride around the island, a golf or tennis weekend getaway, or paddling through the nature rich island.

fantastic condo

I recently stayed at this Fairway Oaks villa in Kiawah Island with my husband and 4 children. We had a wonderful stay here, and we would definitely stay here again! The villa kitchen was perfect, and we cooked all our meals (with 4 kids, who can afford to eat out all the time...) with dishes and utensils that were there. The villa is close to the beach and pool. The owner was great and easy to communicate with. It was overall a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Kiawah.

Convenient location, just what we needed.

The property was conveniently located to the pools and the beach and suited our family of four nicely. We enjoyed our breakfast on the back porch each morning and the pool passes were a huge hit! Owner was very responsive to our questions and would rent from again.

What a fabulous experience!!!! The beach is around the corner and having access to all the resort amenities is a huge plus!!! Dilip, the owner, is easily accessible and very accommodating!!! We can't wait to return!!!

Close to beach,great price!

This is a well maintained villa,well equipped and close to the beach and Straw Market. The owner is quick to respond and answer all questions. The property is on a quiet cul de sac on the second floor, with a deck overlooking the pond. The addition of pool access is a plus. We hope to return here and will definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Close to beach, beautiful setting, comfortable sta

Brought my wife and 20 month year old son. Played on the beach, went fishing, rode bikes, ate great food, and enjoyed all the wonderful actives Kiawah Island has for families. We had a wonderful time- the condo had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and thee is a wonderful grocery store just down the road.

Great location and value!

Our stay in Kiawah was fantastic. This villa is in a great location and value. We were able to walk to the beach, Straw Market to get ice cream and gym. We biked every day to Night Heron Park & Pool (10 min bike ride). The villa was clean and comfortable with great second floor lagoon views. We are considering returning next year and highly recommend staying here.
