There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. And the furniture, appliances and rooms are tastefully appointed. It has a private walk-out porch, with tranquil views overlooking a nature abundant lagoon. Our villa is centrally located. It's 1000 feet from the beach! A five minute walk will get you to golf, tennis, West beach children’s pool, or the beach. Resort privileges are INCLUDED with your rental, providing you all the privileges of a Kiawah Island Golf Resort guest. Your guest card provides you with pool access to the Night Heron Olympic sized, BOTH CHILDREN'S POOLS w WATER PARK located in Night Heron and West Beach. You are also entitled to the Resort's island shuttle transportation, and attention from the courteous resort staff to handle any of your needs. Historic Charleston is within a 30 minute drive; enjoy shopping at Freshfields Market and fine dining at the 5-star Sanctuary hotel.
