Enjoy this two bedroom, top-story villa located in Fairway Oaks - West Beach area. Our villa has one bedroom with a king bed and the other with two twins. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. And the furniture, appliances and rooms are tastefully appointed. It has a private walk-out porch, with tranquil views overlooking a nature abundant lagoon. Our villa is centrally located. It's 1000 feet from the beach! A five minute walk will get you to golf, tennis, West beach children’s pool, or the beach. Resort privileges are INCLUDED with your rental, providing you all the privileges of a Kiawah Island Golf Resort guest. Your guest card provides you with pool access to the Night Heron Olympic sized, BOTH CHILDREN'S POOLS w WATER PARK located in Night Heron and West Beach. You are also entitled to the Resort's island shuttle transportation, and attention from the courteous resort staff to handle any of your needs. Historic Charleston is within a 30 minute drive; enjoy shopping at Freshfields Market and fine dining at the 5-star Sanctuary hotel.

Great Stay

The property was great and as advertised. When I had questions, the proper owner got back to me quickly and with the information I needed. It was a short walk to the beach. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked and the accommodations were amazing! We are hopefully to stay again!! Thanks to the owners for a very welcoming place to vacation!!!

Love kiawah and the amenities this condo came with. My kids love the pools and the beach. The house came with necessary cooking basics. The bed is the master was not the most comfortable. The twin beds were fine for the kids.

Great location!

We had a great stay! The location is a close walk to the beach and even closer to the west beach pool! The back deck was a great spot to sit with coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. There was plenty of room for my family of 4, could have fit a few more too!

Great for a family

When I’m staying at the beach my three priorities are proximity to beach, cleanliness, and that the A/C keeps it cool! This place met my expectations and we had a great time. My toddler son enjoyed the balcony and watching the wildlife and we liked having two separate bathrooms.

Highly recommend

Property was very roomy and clean. Short walk to the boardwalk. Appreciated the small touches of having some coffee there to start us off and the beach chairs in the closet, which we used. Saw an alligator in the lagoon our first day, which was cool. The owner was very communicative and responsive! Only thing I’d change is update the curtains in the bedrooms. They weren’t quite wide enough, esp the guest room— I noticed when I put my baby down for a nap in the day and didn’t have enough to block out the light. Overall, would rent here again!

Memorial Day 2020

We love Kiawah for the beautiful beach and the resort ameneties and this condo did not disappoint. The location was perfect for a short bike ride or walk to west beach pool, we walked to the beach every morning and sometimes more than once a day. Enjoyed seeing a gator sunning in the lagoon right outside the deck. We are already talking about our next trip to Kiawah. Thank you for being so attentive and providing such a great place for us to stay for a week

Great week at Kiawah

Condo was in a great location for our young family. Clean and functional. We love the gorgeous beach at Kiawah! Only 4 stars for check-in. The past 2 years I've rented from VRBO with a 4 pm check in time, and our place hasn't been ready until 6:30 pm. This is not an owner issue, but I think the resort puts the VRBO properties last on the cleaning list. We learned last year that we could head to the pool if our unit was not ready, so we kept a bag with our suits and enjoyed that until the condo was ready for us to unpack. :)

Great Spot for Our Family!

This was a nice place and location for our family with two young children. We were close enough to walk to the beach even with children that are both under 10, and the location was very quiet and not crowded at all during the time of year we went. Both the West Beach pool facility and the Cougar Point clubhouse are close enough to walk to as well. FYI: the West beach pools do close for the year around the time of year we went in mid-September, however the Night Heron Point pools are still open and the main pool there is heated for potential cooler temperatures. The amenity cards being available for use and staying as a Kiawah Resort guest was a huge help. To really experience Kiawah at it’s fullest, you really do need to have access to the majority of the facilities, and having resort access is a huge perk of staying here. The host, Dilip, is extremely responsive. I reached out multiple times and every time Dilip responded literally within minutes. Communication means a lot to me, so that really went a long way to helping ease our trip preparation, stay and departure. Overall it was a great trip and experience, and myself and my family would definitely consider staying here again.

Disappointed

We have stayed on the island probably a dozen times and all at different villas and never a problem. Here we had major issues with cleanliness of the villa as well as the overall condition of the property. We had resort management involved as well as the maintenance manager. The maintenance manager himself said the villa is in such a state of disrepair and even tried to move us to another property (which did not happen since we booked on here vs with the resort directly). Aside from the cleaning issues; bedding was ripped and stained, screens ripped, broken balcony chairs, sofa was stained everywhere (not the sofa shown in photo), blinds were incorrect sizing so didn’t cover the windows, black mold in the laundry room, walls throughout in such a condition to where they appeared to be punched in, cracked/ripped laminate flooring, ceilings and walls stained and cracked everywhere, you name it this villa had it. I don’t have high expectations when staying at a property aside from it being clean, standard good condition, and working ac. The ac was great and the owner Dilip was very responsive and kind despite all the issues we encountered. I feel bad posting this but I have to be honest.

Fantastic stay, excellent host communication and exactly what we expected!

This property was great for our yearly trip to Kiawah! It was great having access to all the amenities, especially the pools! We loved being able to watch the baby alligator swimming around in the gator pond behind the balcony. Mr. Thomas was very responsive to any questions we had, and we would definitely stay here again!

Early May..perfect!

Kiawah is coming alive this month. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is not so crowded. Amenity hours are just a bit limited as the resort is not yet fully staffed or open for the summer. Also lots of maintenance is in progress, but it added to the interest of our stay. The pool-playgrounds are perfect for "littles," with lots of shade and gently graduated "beaches." Wonderful weather contributed to sweet beach time too!

Winter Escape

A haven from the cold, icy, snowy, winter in New Jersey. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Our villa was comfortable and in a great location from the beach and other amenities. The prompt attention from house keeping was appreciated as well as the shuttle service. Restaurants were easy to get to on the Island and also Freshfields with the grocery store for when we just wanted to eat at home. Our host was available with any questions we had and replied promptly. The villa had just what we needed to spend a very relaxing and memorable time on Kiawah Island.
