This cottage, which has i.a. sauna and whirlpool, is located in the popular holiday home area Mommark in the first row with a free and completely unique view of the sea with views to i.a. Ærø near Funen. The heart of the cottage is the living room and kitchen area with sloping ceilings and large windows facing the large terrace areas and the sea. Along with the large windows and bright walls, the house will feel bright everywhere. Central to the kitchen-dining room is the house's built-in wood-burning stove, which creates a very special atmosphere. Everywhere has in the most amazing views of the sea from north to south. After a nice day at the beautiful beach in Mommark, the sore muscles can be loosened up in the house's whirlpool or sauna in the house's wellness department. The house has four regular rooms with double beds. There is also a large utility room furnished with elements with very good closet space and space for e.g. the stroller. The house's technical aids include i.a. washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and energy-saving heat pump. Last but not least, there is internet. Outside, an approx. 90 m2 large terrace area. Here you will be able to live the outdoors all day with the first rays of the day until sunset to the west. One terrace is covered, so you can start the grill and have dinner outside regardless of the weather and wind. The homeowner has provided many and good garden furniture, i.a. 2 sun trailers, 2 deck chairs and a giant hammock. There is a campfire in the garden. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
