A Shore Thing - Quiet Home with 2 Golf Carts!

Enjoy this gem tucked away in the Sandpiper Village neighborhood in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This four bedroom, three bathroom home, backs up to a pond on the Links golf course offering great views and the perfect place to relax. This home offers three king beds and a bunkroom. It was furnished with families in mind, with hopes to make your vacation perfect!


Highlights of our home are listed below:

* Two four seater golf carts included with rental

* Sleeps 12 in beds, most comfortable for a max of 8-10 adults

* Parking available for two cars

* 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, with ample parking

* Access to two heated pools, both with a zero entry and both less than a five minute ride away!

* Access to the Sandestin Fitness Center (a five minute walk) or Grand Fitness (five minute ride) (Fees apply)

* Access to three beautiful golf courses within Sandestin, The Links Golf Club, The Baytowne Golf Club, and the Raven Golf Club. Tee times can be booked online (Fees apply)

* Great fishing opportunities in the lakes within Sandestin, the bay, or even off the beach! Catch and release policy for the ponds, and a fishing license is required for bay/gulf fishing

* TVs in all bedrooms

* Bicycle rentals available at the Sandestin marina (Fees apply)

* Pontoon boat, jet skis, paddle board, and kayak rentals available at the Sandestin marina, a five minute ride away (Fees apply)

* Beach towels included (minimum of six)

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Early check-in and late check-out is not available during busy season (May through August). Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability during the off-season.

Car rentals are strongly encouraged, as local taxis/Ubers are not always reliable and golf carts are not allowed outside the resort and could encounter unforeseen maintenance issues.

We stayed at Sandestin several times and this has been by far the best one, perfectly supplied with everything you’ll need, fully stocked, two golf carts came in super handy, and lots of hot water for eight people. Will definitely stay again.

The house was as the pictures showed. The golf carts were great to get around the area. The beach was nice but hard to find at first. Two nice heated community pools were fun for the family. If planning on cooking bring the following griddle pan, measuring Pyrex cups, peeler and whisk. Nice area to stay in, make sure to feed the turtles!

Everything you need for an amazing vacation!

This is a beautiful home with so many things to do within a short drive on the included golf carts. We enjoyed fishing in the pond each day. Having the golf carts provided easy access to explore everything that Sandestin has to offer including the beach, pool, restaurants, Baytowne Wharf village, basketball, putt-putt and the grocery store. We can’t wait to plan our next family vacation!

We had a perfect vacation staying here! It was clean and comfortable, a great layout and comparable living and kitchen area for hanging out, quick and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and fun! We had an incredible stay at this beach home! The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The heated pool was a highlight for everyone, especially the kids. The house itself was wonderfully kid-friendly and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was so well-stocked that we were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner without missing a single thing. The beds were super comfy, and the thoughtful addition of beach chairs, toys, and towels made our beach days even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return!

A Shore Thing is a Sure Thing!

Theses days it’s almost surprising when everything turns out the way it’s been portrayed! The unit was neat & clean, beds were perfect and the 2 golf carts made everything accessible. The absolute BEST thing was the quiet when it’s supposed to be quiet! Location was great! Close to anything you might want! I’d stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless! It was completely stocked with everything we needed...and more. The kids loved the small table and chairs and chalkboard. The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I need to know what mattress is in the master bedroom! It was great! We have stayed at a few different properties around the area and will definitely be back to this one. It was perfect! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A wonderful, clean, updated 4 bedroom home close to all that Sandestin has to offer! We loved the well stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances. This place was as amazing as it described. It was clean and close to everything. The gold carts were so much getting around to see the beaches, golf , swimming pool. One thing we didn’t expect was fishing in the back yard We caught about 12 bass also the cutest little turtles that greet you as you walk out to them . Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the extra amenities that came with the house. It was like being at home. The children, ages 2, 5, 7, 9 loved the accommodations. They enjoyed feeding the turtles out back. It was nice to have golf carts included. No complaints at all. The host was very receptive and easy to contact. Would recommend.
