Our family of 6 had plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. Christy and Seb are excellent hosts. We’ve been to the Sandestin/30A area several times and this was one of our better trips. Having 2 golf carts and bikes was great. We give 12 thumbs up!

Rented the home with my adult children. Th house was wonderful and the resort was perfect for additional activities! We played pickleball,spent evenings in The Village and enjoyed the beach.

The beach house was exactly as described. It was convenient to the pool, beach, golf courses, shopping, basically anything we wanted to do! We didn’t even let a tropical storm hinder our good times! Having 2 golf carts was perfect for our family! The hosts were excellent in communication both before and during our stay.

This house was exactly as described. Super clean and roomy even for 8 people. It had everything we needed and more! The golf carts worked great throughout the entire stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were used daily. Will return again!

The beach and golf cottage was an absolute gem! The owners were quick to communicate with us regarding any questions we had. The home was stocked with plenty of kitchen items to make cooking easy. Gas grill on the back patio was perfect. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bicycles, and plenty other items available for us to use. The golf carts were great. Fantastic location. Floor plan was perfect for us. We loved the upstairs space for the younger ones. 100% chance of staying at this home again.

It was a great home for our family, it had everything that we needed and was a very quiet area. Having two golf carts allowed our group to split up or all go together on one. We loved Laurel Grove, cute houses and excellent location within the resort.

The home was great. We loved the golf carts that we could ride to shops, restaurants, and even the beach. We had a minor problem with a TV and the owners fixed it immediately and were very apologetic. Instant communication like that is one of the things we loved best. If we come back to the area I would love to stay in the same home. 5 plus rating.

Beautiful community!

Love this beach cottage! It was perfect for our family of 5, could have slept more! The house was very clean, owners were extremely nice, even checked on us when we got there! We will definitely be making this our yearly family vacation spot!
