As an apartment this has it all. Luke was amazing as the host and provided us with loads of information prior to our stay. The property was so clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Perfect location too and within walking distance of everything. We had the best time. Highlight was the bar area and cinema room - just brilliant.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The photos are exactly as you will find it. The host was informative and incredibly helpful. The location is perfect, right on the seafront and only a short stroll to the main pier and the buzz of the lanes.

Half century celebrations

Luke's property was absolutely amazing. The apartment lived up to expectations and was a fantastic base to explore Brighton. The art deco theme and its history made it a weekend to remember. Would definitely recommend a stay here with the close proximity to the seafront.

The bedrooms and decor are exceptional and the hosts were attentive and friendly. The information provided was so helpful and they left a few treats for check in as well. Would recommend 100%.

Superb Apartment

Top class apartment and the attention to detail was unbeatable. Luke was on hand to answer any questions we had and check in was seamless. Comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. Top class art deco furniture in every room. Beautiful bathrooms and of course the piece de resistance was the amazing cinema room and cocktail bar. After 18 months of not seeing each other due to covid, it was wonderful to be able to relax , chat and share so much laughter in these beautiful surroundings. The apartment was stocked with everything you need from glassware to crockery. The location was perfect on the seafront and close to shops, restaurants and bars. One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and will most definitely be returning. 5*****

A very special and unique property.

A very special and unique venue for a weekend away, beautiful interior and features. We very much enjoyed all the entertainment areas, a well equipped kitchen, a stunning bar to sit and chat over a perfectly chilled wine. Then a wow factor tv screen. Great to be right on Brighton’s front just had to readjust to a basement venue ,reduced daylight during the day. Seating is ideal for movies not so much for communal lounging. But being where it’s located, it’s so easy to find a coffee shop. 100% recommend and hope to be back in the future.
