Very well presented property with everything you need for self catering stay with your family, pet friendly, close to Brighton Beach & local shops restaurants, public houses, no street parking will need local family run carpark costing 30.00 per day, Nicola is lovely host with helpful advice.

Great home with an amazing location. Cannot emphasize how nice it is to walk five minutes and be right at the beach. The house was stylish and clean throughout, and the host was super responsive. 100% would come back again.

Perfect house in perfect location

Had a girlie weekend away for my daughters 16th, 4 teenagers and 4 adults.The house was perfectly situated right next to beach and shopping so perfect for us. Easy access from Train station, and for those who drive the carpark.House was absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, its a bit of a tardis as bigger inside than it looks. Light and airy throughout, its a great place to stay and I will definitely be booking again. Nicola made it really easy from booking to us departing. Thank you for a lovely stay. P.s we found the secret cutlery draw on day 2 !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful house and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm and cosy atmosphere that we felt at home immediately. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided.The two bathrooms were a real luxury, with one featuring a bath and the other a shower, both with toilets, making it ideal for families. The kitchen was very well equipped, so we enjoyed cooking several meals during our stay. Having a large Waitrose supermarket just a short walk away was incredibly convenient.The location is fantastic. The beach is only a few minutes away, and although it's a pebble beach, we actually loved it. With water shoes or sandals it's very comfortable, and the best part is that you don't end up covered in sand! There are even areas with smaller pebbles where you can comfortably relax on a towel.Brighton itself is a wonderful city. We loved visiting the Royal Pavilion, exploring The Lanes with its unique independent shops, and enjoying afternoon tea in one of the lovely tea rooms. Everything was within walking distance, and the bus service made it easy to explore even more.We also highly recommend The Lion & Lobster pub, just around the corner, with delicious food, a great atmosphere, and rooftop terrace.This house was the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.
