Thank you very much for your lovely and detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa, its spaciousness, the pool and the excellent location. 😊 We really appreciate all your suggestions and will certainly take them into consideration. Regarding the information you mentioned, we would just like to point out that there is an information book in the villa specifically for this purpose. It includes instructions on how to use the appliances, as well as useful information about local events, fiestas, our favourite restaurants and typical excursions**, so our guests can make the most of their time in Nerja. Also, as mentioned in our welcome letter, **our team is always available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay**. For example, if you had let us know that the speaker wasn't workingneeded help with any of the appliances, we would have been very happy to help. Thank you again for staying with us and for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Nerja in the future! 🌴☀️

Thanks for your sincere review, sometimes large families take advantage of the entrance key box to be able to leve the keys inside and share them by simply using the provided code found in the arrival instructions. Thank you for the feedback regarding the full lenght mirrors, we will consider it for future guests. Kind regards, Nerja Paradise Rentals

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your review of Villa Catalina. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa, its location, the pool and the large outdoor spaces. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. As we mention in our welcome letter, our team is always here to help if there is anything we can do to improve your stay. We would have been very happy to provide you with extra pillowsblankets if you had let us know. During the summer months, we remove the heavier blankets from the bedrooms, but we always leave the bed covers available for guests. Regarding the air conditioning, unfortunately, with the recent heatwave, our technician has informed us that part of the air conditioning system had lost gas, which was the reason why it was not working correctly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. Thank you again for your feedback. We really appreciate it, as it helps us to continue improving our services and the experience we offer our guests. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Villa Catalina,to one of our other villas, on another occasion. 😊 Warm regards

Thank you very much for your lovely review and for sharing your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the villa, its spacious outdoor areas and the fantastic location. We would just like to clarify for future guests that the villa accommodates a **maximum of 14 guests**, rather than 16. Regarding the toilet seats, as your reservation was made through the tour operator Solmar, they replied to your message, but unfortunately, we were never informed about this issue. Had we known about it, we would have sent someone to the villa immediately to take care of it. We are very sorry that this was not resolved during your stay. With regard to the parasol, the villa has a covered porch providing shaded outdoor space. However, had you contacted us directly to request an additional parasol, we would have been more than happy to provide one. This is precisely why we leave a welcome letter at the villa letting our guests know that we are always available should they need anything during their stay. Regarding parking, the villa has a private parking space for one car. The great advantage of the villa's central location is that a car is not really necessary to enjoy Nerja. For guests arriving with an additional vehicle, there is also free street parking available in the surrounding area. Thank you again for your feedback. We always appreciate our guests' comments as they help us continue improving our service, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Nerja in the future!

Thank you, Peter!

Thaks!
