Lovely stay

Lovely penthouse apartment, clean , modern, spacious, with a great balcony and views. Jesper who owns the property makes the whole process very easy from the moment you rent the apartment.

Relaxing week away

Lovely relaxing week in Jesper beautiful apartment. The apartment was very comfortable as were the beds a great night's sleep. Jesper was super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay

From start to finish everything was perfect.The property had everything you could need. It was lovely and modern and very comfortable. Jesper was on hand at all times if we needed anything. We hired a car which is definitely needed to get about. Would definitely recommend to anyone

1 week golf holiday

A very beautiful penthouse with fantastic views of the golf course and the sea. The location is fantastic. Shops and a gas station are in the immediate vicinity, and can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Ideal parking space for the car. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. Everything you need is there; we didn't miss a thing. Any requests, suggestions, or problems are resolved directly by the host or the on-site representative. We were simply thrilled and can highly recommend this penthouse and your host.

Stunning family apartment

Great clean, modern apartment. Spacious, fully equipped. Incredible view, never got tired of it. Lift and parking a bonus too. Good communication before and after. Great experience would fully recommend. Nothing to fault. Had a fabulous holiday in the stunning Spanish sunshine. Great value for money property.

Wonderful stay

We visit this area frequently and this apartment is by far the best we have stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly want for your stay. We particularly enjoyed having the terrace with it's barbecue/outdoor eating area and comfortable sun loungers, just perfect for when you want a wee lazy day at the apartment. Jesper, the owner, was always available to answer any questions or queries we had, even taking time to contact us to check that we were ok when he heard news of a minor emergency in the local area. Overall, I can't rate this stay highly enough, and would recommond this property, if you are looking for a holiday home in this location...it has everything! And in walking distance to lots of good restaurants and bars. Can't wait to return.

Well presented property

The property is very modern , smart and in showhouse condition with great views over the Mar Menor to La Manga. It was an ideal base for us to visit and explore the area. La Fuente commercial centre with restaurants shops and bars is achievable in a 20 min walk by cutting through the roads to the side of the property or just a couple of minutes drive. There is a covered designated parking bay with the property which fits 2 cars if needed. The outside space is amazing ,also large and has a table ,chairs , barbecue and sun beds . The only improvement I can suggest would be access to sport or English news using the TV. A great place to stay well fitted out and we would definitely book again. The owner Jesper was very helpful and contactable if needed.

Wonderful but missing key information

This apartment is great, really well equipped and clean. However one really key piece of information was not made clear in the listing. The small bedroom is internal and has no window. The picture in the listing appears to have a window but this is actually a very cleverly deceiving light. The room has no aircon and no ventilation except a ceiling fan so was quite stuffy to sleep in in early June. I cannot think what it must be like in high season. Everything else about the apartment was great although only the lounge and main bedroom have aircon. The owner was very communicative and offered a full refund if we wanted to move but we were only there a week and we did not have the time to be hunting round. Would have preferred the information to be true and correct in the first place.

Hemos estado bien, el apartamento tiene de todo,las personas que te atienden al llegar muy amables, no doy más nota por qué la limpieza de la cocina y la terraza no eran correctas del resto de la casa si, en el anuncio ponía que habían bicicletas pero al preguntar por ellas nos dijeron que eran para otro apartamento. Zona tranquila.

Un ático con encanto.

La estancia ha sido excepcional,el apartamento súper limpio y amplio.La casa tiene todo lo necesario y todo es nuevo,se ve que cuidan los detalles. La comunicación tanto con Jesper como con Anna y Moisés genial,muy amables y atentos.Nos dejaron entrar a las 12 cosa a destacar muy positivamente. Zona muy tranquila con todo lo necesario cerca. Beautiful Appartment

Clean, spacious and well appointed appartment which is within walking distance to shops and restaurants (~10 mins walk to La Fuente). Check-in process was painless and owner was on hand throughout to provide advice and answer questions. Cannot recommend highly enough for a family holiday to the area

Riktig fin och modern lägenhet

Vi var 6 personer som bodde och stortrivdes i lägenheten under två veckors tid. Lägenheten har modern inredning med diskmaskin, AC, stor takterass med grillplats samt ett gemensamt poolområde. Lägenheten var placerad lite långt från havet och centrum så bil var ett måste under hela vistelsen.
