Nice villa next to the beach in Puerto de Pollensa. Ideal location and very well communicated. It has a capacity for 6 people, 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning. 2 full bathrooms, one on suite. Furnished and equipped kitchen opent to the living room with air conditioning.

Comfortable furnished terrace overlooking the beach, barbecue.

Only 60 meters from the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, perfect for a relaxing holiday near the sea and nice walks through the town centre and the marina.

The location is perfect

The location is perfect! We enjoyed every morning the beautiful sunrise over the bay… the beach is so close but still you can relax on the outside area. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect for a big family!

Very close to the beach, so ideally located for a dip and the outside shower was useful for getting the sand off your feet! Agency was easy to deal with. Good location nice outdoor area en suite and further shower room.

we really enjoyed our stay

we really enjoyed our stay at villasmar. the location was fantastic and great it was so close to the beach. the villa was very homely and we enjoyed the outdoor space. the only downside was that we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. memory foam toppers on all beds would be much appreciated. also a book with taxi numbers and instructions for appliances would be very useful. overall a lovely place .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hibiscus. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from the beach. The apartment is very well appointed- spacious living area, good sized bedrooms and very good ensuite and bathroom. The little garden outside was lovely- perfect for dining outside. Our only problem was that we couldn’t get the barbecue to function so we just bought one. We cycled every day and had plenty of room to store our bikes. Puerto Pollensa is a great holiday spot!

Nice property, fantastic location

Nice property, fantastic location! Villa was as described but could do with a little 'spring clean', some rooms a little dusty and possibly some dampness in the bedroom wardrobes meant that clothes felt a little wet when taking then out daily. Group of 6 and we found it to be everything we needed and we loved the great location. Property could do with a hand booksome written information advising of services etc within the property as nothing is provided (Tv service, hot water limit, use of outside key box, recycling, local recomendations etc.). Beds are quite basic which is usual for a local villa, this does mean they arent as comfortable as you would usually be used to. communication from the host was fantastic and responses on any request were instant - I'd happily deal Villasmar again! Overall would highly recommend this villa and would stay again!

Wir sind immer noch verzaubert! Absolut schönes kleines Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz draußen auf den Terrassen rund um das Haus. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Blick aufs Meer sind traumhaft. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, von vorne bis hinten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit Kindern einfach top!
