Villa 8 pers with private and secured swimming pool between Verdon and Côte d ' Azur

Le Petit Caillou de Callas is located in the Var between the village of Callas and that of Figanières. C is two villages offer all amenities (shops, restaurants etc ...) Ideal starting point to visit the gorges of Verdon and their sumptuous landscapes, a few kilometers away, you can walk and cool off in the gorges of Pennafort, visit the typical southern villages and their markets. The French Riviera is also very close and will dazzle you in all seasons. Head in the clouds and feet in the water.
The house is away from the road, not overlooked, on a plot of 2200 m².

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (dining room and living room) with 4 bedrooms, two of which have a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
There is a TV in the living room and in two of the bedrooms.
There is air conditioning in each room. The bedrooms and the bathroom are fitted with mosquito nets.
The 7 / 4m swimming pool is very close to the covered terrace where you can rest in the shade of the wisteria

Nice vacation home

Had a very nice week in Callas with the family. The house and pool was clean and the host very friendly. House has good entertainment with i.e. petanque, darts, and tabletennis. No toilet on 1st floor (only shower). Visited among other things Marineland in Antibes, and Gorges du Verdon, both very impressive and within 1 hours drive from the house. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay.

Lovely spacious modern villa with privacy and fab grounds

The villa was nicely sized and very modern, seemed newly decorated and grounds were well maintained and pool was a great size with all amenities needed covered. Location was great, nearest large supermarkets were a 15/20 min drive but a local village also had small supermarket (petite casino) to grab items too which was less than 10 mins away. A great local bakery was on the main road to Figanieres, well priced and fresh and the town of Figanieres had a small local market each week and a great pizzeria and restaurant. The owners were on hand for any issues and also ensured the pool was clean with visits every few days to top it up and clean the filters etc. A boules pitch was also a welcome break from the sunbathing and there was space for 2 cars to park in the secure gated property. Would gladly revisit. Well recommended.

Heerlijk huis voor een ontspannen vakantie

Een mooie villa in de VAR waar we een heerlijke vakantie in augustus hebben gehad. Doordat de slaapkamers voorzien zijn van een airco, is het bij warm weer toch prima slapen en uitgerust weer opstaan. Buiten is het zwembad een aanrader. In de grote tuin hebben we gezellig tafeltennis en jeudeboules gespeeld. De keuken is voorzien van alles. Valerie en Eddy, bedankt voor de gastvrije ontvangst , Callas is dichtbij en Draguignan waar alles

le seul bémol : 2 wc seulement dont 1 indépendant pour 8 personnes c'est trop peu

Séjour très agréable dans un superbe environnement au calme. La maison est très bien tenue et il y a tout le nécessaire utile. Cependant, La chambre à l'étage indépendante du reste de la maison, spacieuse, n'a pas de wc , ce qui oblige les occupants à descendre au rdc. C'est le seul défaut .

Maison parfaitement entretenue. Les propriétaires très agréables . À l'arrivée ils nous ont expliqué comment fonctionnent les appareils ménagers, la piscine et son alarme. La maison est très bien équipée. Les propriétaires nous ont donné quelques indications sur les environs. . La maison se situe à environ une heure des gorges du Verdon ainsi que de la promenade de l'Escalet . Pour les deux prévoir des bonnes chaussures de marche. Les petits villages aux alentours sont ravissants. Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Callas , etc. Et ne pas publier les marchés provençaux . Nous sommes enchantés de la région et de la location

Un très bel endroit pour y séjourner avec des amis et/ou avec la famille. Il y a ce qu’il faut pour un bébé d’ailleurs (lit bébé, chaise haute). Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. Nous sommes venus pour le nouvel an et la maison est parfaite et confortable. Le poêle à bois est plus que parfait. Pas de vis à vis, calme, bien équipé, très bien décoré, bonne literie et très propre. Rien à redire. Nous étions tous ravis. Nous reviendrons certainement en été :)

Accueil tout à fait sympathique des propriétaires. Maison d'une propreté extrême, bien équipée, dans un beau cadre. Bien que le temps n'ait pas été au rendez-vous, nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un cocon dans cette maison.
