This beautiful House/Villa with modern style pool and new furniture named Villa Vista del Mar is located in one of the most prestigious residential areas of the Costa Tropical, located in Andalusia, in the south of Spain, specifically in the Residencial Curumbico area that belongs to the municipality of Almuñecar (Granada).

Villa Vista del Mar is very well connected. It is just 100 km from the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria and almost the entire route, independent of the chosen airport, is done by highway. The location and access to this House/Villa and Residential Curumbico is very easy, as they are near the N-340 road that connects Malaga with Almeria, just 3 km from Almuñecar (Granada), population tourism par excellence of the Costa Tropical.

This wonderful House/Villa is located in the Residencial Curumbico area. It is on a spectacular hillside of the municipality of Almuñecar de la Costa Tropical, you can walk to one of the best beaches of the Costa Tropical and it is only 10 minutes from the town where you can find all kinds of services and other magnificent beaches such as Velilla beach, Tesorillo, Pozuelo and San Cristobal. The residential area Curumbico is composed of isolated houses/villas which guarantees rest, views and privacy.

This beautiful house/villa is built on an independent plot of 540 m2 and 162 m2 of housing with about 200 m2 of terraces. In it, everything is light and comfort. This house/ Villa is designed for rest, views and enjoyment of all the facilities it has. It has been built with materials and finishes of extraordinary quality. The situation of this house/villa within the residential area is privileged as it is located on a secluded street and the passage of vehicles is practically nil, which guarantees silence, privacy and privacy. The design of this house/villa is an exquisite taste with different open spaces, some in the sun and others in the shade. It has large windows and terraces that allow unbeatable views of the sea and beaches of the region.

Villa Vista del Mar has been built facing south which gives it light and sun throughout the day. The sunrises and sunset are spectacular. Its orientation allows us wonderful views both day and night. On full moon days the Mediterranean Sea shines with its radiance. There are no words to describe this spectacular phenomenon. The views are unique from anywhere in this house/villa.

The house is totally fenced and isolated. Its access from the N-340 is through a perfectly paved road. Upon reaching the Residencial Curumbico area we find the garage with automatic opening door and covered with heather. From the parking we start to enjoy the wonderful views that this house/villa offers us.

Level (-1): through a staircase from the garage we access to the front door plus garden areas and laundry area. On this level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus access to the level (-2). On the right we have a splendid bedroom with double bed, large closet and an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and large shower with glass screen with sliding door. From this bedroom we have access to a terrace with heather covered porch and spectacular views of the sea and beach Velilla (Almuñecar). On the left we have two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One of these bedrooms has 2 single beds, wardrobe and magnificent views. The other bedroom has 3 beds: one with a bunk bed for one person and another single bed; wardrobe and magnificent views. The shared bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub with glass screen.

Level (-2): on this floor is the living/ dining room/ TV, separate kitchen and a bathroom. The living/ dining room/ TV is spacious and with access to the pool area, dimensions 4x3,5m and surrounded by garden and terraces. The kitchen is spacious and independent with a bar adapted to serve through the window to the pool area. The toilet has a sink and toilet.

Villa Vista del Mar Equipment: it has a fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances (fridge / freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave ...) and all the necessary equipment to enjoy a wonderful vacation. All the furniture (sofas, chairs, armchairs, terrace tables, sun beds, umbrellas, barbecue, etc.) are practically new.
