Villa magníficamente ubicada con su propia piscina, jardín y comodidades modernas, a poca distancia a pie de la playa, tiendas, restaurantes y bares. A diferencia de la mayoría de la Costa Azul, realmente no necesita un automóvil para vacacionar aquí, ya que las rutas de autobús al aeropuerto, y en cualquier lugar entre Niza y Cannes, son muy cercanas y asequibles.

Nuestra villa típica de estilo provenzal tiene capacidad para siete huéspedes en cuatro habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Hay dos baños modernos con duchas sobre los baños y un cuarto de baño moderno, todos con inodoros. Hay una gran cocina comedor con puertas dobles que dan a la soleada terraza al aire libre y al comedor junto a la piscina. El amplio salón / comedor también tiene puertas dobles que dan a la misma terraza orientada al sur junto a la piscina.

La hermosa piscina privada en forma de riñón mide aproximadamente 8m x 5m con una característica de inifinity, rodeada por una terraza y área de barbacoa cubierta con ducha al aire libre. Hay una barbacoa de carbón incorporada con fregadero y nevera al aire libre, ideal para cenar al aire libre. El área de la piscina y la terraza está rodeada de parlantes que le permiten disfrutar de música relajante mientras disfruta del sol todo el día. Hay dos sombrillas operadas por control remoto que pueden cubrir un área grande de la terraza si desea tener algo de sombra.

La villa está en un solo nivel con la parte principal que consiste en; -

Dormitorio principal con una gran cama doble de 160 cm, un gran armario empotrado y una cómoda grande. Aire acondicionado, con puertas dobles y persianas al exterior.

Segundo dormitorio con una cama doble estándar de 140 cm, armario empotrado y cómoda pequeña. Aire acondicionado con grandes ventanas que se abren y persianas al exterior.

Tercer dormitorio con una pequeña cama doble doble de 120 cm para una persona y armarios empotrados. Aire acondicionado con grandes ventanas que se abren y persianas al exterior.

Amplia cocina de estilo provenzal con horno, encimera de gas, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas y lavadora. Gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas, totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina y comedor. Sistema de música Sonos. La cocina conduce a un comedor al aire libre con mesa y asientos para 8 personas o más.

Área de descanso con un gran sofá en la esquina y un televisor de 49 "equipado con Apple TV y servicios de transmisión en inglés junto con una barra de sonido Sonos para TV y música. Hay una mesa de comedor más formal con cuatro sillas.

La segunda parte de la villa es un gran apartamento al que se accede a través de su propia entrada o desde el dormitorio dos al área de la cocina. Hay una moderna área de cocina con mesa de comedor, uno de los baños se encuentra en esta área y el cuarto dormitorio con una gran cama doble de 140 cm, armario empotrado y una pequeña cómoda. Aire acondicionado con grandes ventanas que se abren y persianas al exterior.

Toda la Villa, incluidas las áreas exteriores, está cubierta por una fuerte señal de Wi-Fi y una conexión a Internet de fibra de 300 Mbps muy rápida.

La villa es perfecta para unas vacaciones familiares, ya que la mayoría de nuestros huéspedes optan por quedarse alrededor de la piscina, pero igualmente pueden caminar fácilmente a la playa en un paseo de 10 minutos, hay una muy buena panadería a solo 5 minutos a pie por la mañana. baguette y croissants y dos buenos supermercados en la misma zona. Hay dos muy buenas furgonetas de pizza a leña que operan todas las noches, también a pocos minutos de la villa.

No hay grupos menores de 25 por favor.

We had a fantastic stay in Antibes. The house is gorgeous and so well located. There is no need for a car as the bus service is excellent and so close to the property. Communication with Dan was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be back.

We've had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa contains everything you need for a relaxed and perfect holiday. It's very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfy and the airconditioning at the bedrooms assure a good night sleep. We've spend most time swimming at the pool, the kids had an amazing time! Amazing place!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Antibes! I really liked this place — it’s a beautiful house with a very nice pool and everything is perfectly organized. The villa is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there’s also a great grill for outdoor cooking, which we really enjoyed.We stayed for a whole week and had a wonderful time. The service was excellent — any questions we had were answered immediately, and the communication with the owner was very smooth and helpful.Thank you very much for such a lovely stay! I truly hope to come back to this place again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa which was clean and very well equipped.. fabulous pool and sunbathing area. The owners had thought of everything you might need in the kitchen and provided it all . We were so impressed with the remote control awnings providing shade and the great internet tv too ! Easy walking distance to a great beach and located really well to visit Antibes, Monaco and other places around . 5 minutes from a great bakery for breakfast goodies and plenty of supermarkets in the area. Thank you so much we hope to come back again one day x

Just lovely

We had a lovely stay. Villa has everything you need. Very spacious. Pool is wonderful and was kept very clean despite some thunderstorms! Dan very responsive with one little hiccup on arrival which was resolved. Boulangerie and supermarket within easy walking distance as was the beach. Lots of restaurants a short Uber drive away but can walk to Cote du Jardin which we would highly recommend. Not too expensive and fantastic French food. Thank you Dan.

Wonderful location for a wonderful vacation !

We just came back from a 2-week vacation in this location. Until now, there are 24 reviews of this fantastic villa, having an average note of 4,8 out of 5 points. I fully agree with everybody who praised this location, no matter whether: - The big and confortable house - The fabulous pool, - The paradise garden, - The full equipments, - The wishless neighbourhood, - Or the extremely nice and helpful owners and will not repeat the comments. There was nothing we didn´t love! The villa was spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped and wonderfully cool through the great airconditioning in the bedrooms. Everything was super clean and well kept, including the lovely pool and garden that we also enjoyed very much.The location of the villa is perfect - the neighborhood is nice but also super close to the bus station and a fanfastic bakery. A big grocery store that has everything, even air mattresses, is just as close. Whenever we had any type of question, Dan, the owner, was always super quick to respond, not only being very helpful but also extremely kind. We enjoyed every minute of our two-week vacation! Amazing spacious villa

The villa was spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed for a week's holiday. There were plenty of towels and pool towels, tea, coffee, hand gel, soap powder etc. Also plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. It was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine. The bedrooms had shutters and mosquito nets. The pool was amazing and just the right temperature. There were plenty of sun loungers, shaded areas and a large table for outdoor dining. There was a bbq which we didn't use as we made use of the 2 local pizza vans or dined out. We loved the beautiful well maintained gardens. We didn't have a car and found it easy to get around on foot by bus or uber. The boulangerie and supermarket were very easy to walk to. The beach and marina (with a great choice of restaurants )slightly further but still no more than 15 minutes away. I can highly recommend this villa as the location has enough if you want to just stay local and have a chilled holiday but also easy to get to Juan les pins , Antibes , Nice, Cannes etc if you want to explore the French Riviera. The only thing worth noting is that the villa is on a busy street with no pavement. This would not put us off booking again as we loved absolutely everything about the villa and surrounding area. We were sad to leave and would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Fantastic place

to spend the summer holidays. We stayed here as a family of six for a week in July and we all really had a great time. The house is very spacious with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and easily accommodates six or seven people. The rooms are all bright and nicely done and well equipped with everything you need. Piece de resistance is the pool outside where our four teenagers spent most of their time. All bedrooms have air conditioning which we were really thankful for. Lounge and kitchen are also very spacious and are very nicely done. The kitchen is super well equipped with lots of glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Outside there is a great built in barbecue and an additional fridge. The internet is really good. It even works in the garden. Our teenagers were hugely impressed by this and gave it an A+++. The amenities (shops, bakery, restaurants, bar and beach) are all within walking distance. And last but not least the communication with the owner is fantastic. He is quick to answer any question. Within minutes you get an answer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back some time.

Gemütliches Haus in ruhige Gegend. Haus

Schönes Haus und Top-Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Schafe dass man durch ein Zimmer gehen muss um ins andere zu kommen. Mit Teenies und einem Kleinkind ist das nicht von Vorteil. Für 7 Personen fehlt es an grossen Küchenutensilien wie zbsp grosse Pfanne. Ansonsten haben wir unser Urlaub sehr genossen.

Zum zweiten Mal haben wir eine Woche mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene) in der Villa verbracht und wieder hatten wir eine großartige Zeit. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit vier klimatisierten Schlafzimmern, drei Badezimmern, großzügigem Wohnzimmer und bestens bestückter Küche. Der tolle Pool und ein gemauerter Grill laden zum ganztägigen Wohlfühlen ein. Strand, Bäckerei und Supermarkt sowie Restaurants und Strandbars sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Nicht zuletzt ist die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer zu betonen. Die Villa ist einfach nur empfehlenswert und bekommt von uns 5 Sterne. Wir waren ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal da.

Fantastic villa with helpful host!

This is a super villa with a beautiful pool and BBQ area. Worked really well for 3 couples and a baby, especially with the 3 lovely bathrooms. Enjoyed the sonos sound system and kitchen which was well equipped for cooking. Lovely boulangerie and supermarket less than 5 minutes walk. Host very helpful and quick to respond. Hope to return to this brilliant villa.

August 2022 stay

Fabulous holiday at this wonderful spacious villa. Villa had everything you could ask for. Great location with lovely walk to Marina with lots of different restaurants. Regular public transport so we didn’t need to hire a car, used buses to go to Cannes and Antibes and train to Monte Carlo. Would definitely recommend as booking process straightforward and Dan was so helpful answering any questions.

Heel fijn huis met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een vakantie

Heel mooi en fijn huis. Veel ruimte. Alles is aanwezig. Bakker en winkels net als de zee zijn op loopafstand. De kinderen genoten enorm van het zwembad. Dan is heel aardig en antwoordt snel wanneer er vragen zijn. We komen zeker terug! Dank Dan voor de fijne vakantie!

Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Erwachsenen eine Woche im Juni in der Villa und haben jeden Moment genossen. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus und eine traumhafte Pool-Anlage haben uns jeden Moment genießen lassen. Kurze Wege zu Fuß zum Strand, den Restaurants und den Geschäften runden den Gesamteindruck ab. Juan Les Pins - a slice of paradise

A great location with excellent amenities - all that you would want. It is within short walking distance of a good bakery, a couple of smaller supermarkets, a couple of bars, a really good restaurant (Côté Jardin) and a 15 minute walk to the beaches. You can mix pool and sea very easily.

We are a young English family with two young boys, I have worked in the area for over ten years installing audio-visual and automation systems onboard yachts and in villas, commuting from the UK as and when work required. Most of my work in the area is during the winter so we decided to buy a house that we could stay in with our children during the winter and rent out in the summer while we are back in the UK.

We looked at many properties in the area and this one really stood out to us because of the location. It is quite rare to find somewhere on the French Riviera that you really do not need to use a car and everything you need is within walking distance including the beach! We love the swimming pool and garden which we have worked hard on to improve since buying the house.

We have made many improvements to the property during our first year here and we plan to gradually make changes and improvements to the house over the next few years. We have installed nice quality TVs with internet streaming services and Sonos sound systems around the house and in the garden to help you enjoy your stay. There is high quality, fast wireless internet throughout the property.
