Bungalow PUEBLO MAR on the beach in Els Poblets

Cozy bungalow in excellent location, on the beach of Almadrava, next to Denia. For 4 people. Quiet, with communal pool and a few steps from the sea. The house is distributed as follows: On the first floor a cozy living-dining room with air conditioning and well equipped semi-independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two terraces, one at the entrance of the house with a small chill out area and the other behind with sun loungers and both with dining table.
On the 1st floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have their own balcony, one of them with beautiful sea views. The communal pool is about 30 meters away as well as the beach. The house is fully equipped and furnished. With washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, iron and ironing board, ceiling fan in the dining room, air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms and living room, Internet Wifi, TV-SAT, etc.
Els Poblets is a small and charming coastal village with a good infrastructure of stores, bars, restaurants. From the bungalow you can walk to several of them. The beach is stony, but about 300m from the house is a fine sandy beach. The center of Denia is 9 km away. Denia and its surroundings offer a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not to mention its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different water sports, beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is located in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are about one hour and ten minutes away by car. In 20 min., maximum one hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandia, Valencia in the north. 2 golf courses are only 10 km from the bungalow: Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf.
For long term stays (28 days or more) there are special prices, therefore additional charges may apply, such as Wifi, water, gas and electricity according to consumption.
