In Evian Les Bains, between lake and mountains, charming cozy cottage of 110m2, ideal for 6 people, located in a quiet and green surroundings (700 tennis courts, equestrian center and 1km from the Evian Golf). You are 5 minutes drive from the city center and lake; But you can also make the trip on foot or with the funicular "free" (from 15/05 to 15/09) located 600m. Nearby (13 km) ski resorts Bernex and Thollon les Mémises.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt als erweiterte Familie (wir mit den Grosseltern und Schwester mit Ehemann und Kind) in Evian sehr genossen! Das Chalet ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Seesicht von der schönen Holzterasse mit Lounge und Essbereich ist fantastisch! Wir hatten genügend Platz. Erwachsene wie Kinder haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Als negativer Punkt sind die knarrenden Holzböden zu nennen, welche vor allem nachts störend sein können, aber zu dem älteren Chalet auch passend sind:-) Evian ist.ein schöner Ort , welcher einiges am Freiteitmöglichkeiten zu bieten hat.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in toller Umgebung mit Seeblick

Das Chalet ist wunderschön gelegen. Es hat einen tollen Seeblick und bietet sehr viel Platz. Besonders das komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnzimmer und die wunderschöne Terrasse für gemütliche Aufenthalte draußen sind wunderbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Superbe terrasse qui a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Pièce de vie agréable. Les pièces de nuit mériteraient plus de personnalisation. Prévoir quelques travaux : porte fenêtre, remplacer la baignoire de l'étage par une douche ou mettre une vitre.

Très bon séjour dans une belle propriété

Le chalet est très agréable et confortable avec un équipement très complet. Le lieu très calme et la vue magnifique sur le lac. La terrasse nous aura aussi permis de passer de belles soirées et à ma fille d’observer ces premières étoiles filantes !

Chalet avec grande terrasse vue sur le Lac d'Evian Vue magnifique sur le Lac Leman, la location est bien située à seulement quelques minutes du centre-ville en voiture ou funiculaire. Très bel aspect extérieur du chalet, bien orienté et spacieux, avec une vaste terrasse côté lac, laquelle est bien équipée et d’où l’on peut admirer le soir venu le scintillement des lumières de Lausanne située juste en face… Au plan pratique, le confort de ce chalet est assez simple…. Quelques étapes de rénovation intérieure semblent être programmées par la propriétaire et seront je pense les bienvenues, tel un bac à douche, l’installation de deux appliques extérieures afin de profiter pleinement de la terrasse la nuit tombée, la rénovation de la cuisine et enfin de la terrasse qui est actuellement en cours de rénovation. La propriétaire est sympathique et facilement joignable par téléphone.

vue magnifique sur le lac Léman dans un chalet au calme et bien situé à quelques centaines de mètres du funiculaire qui emmène au centre d'Evian.Chalet spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, WIFI, télé, barbecue, lave linge, seche linge. Zeer verrast over hoe ruim en compleet het huis is. Alles netjes, schoon en prachtig uitzicht

Op basis van de beschrijving van het huis verwachtten we minder. Maar wat een mooi huis! De kamers waren ruim, de bedden heel goed en allemaal opgemaakt. Wel Franse maten 😉 Wij hadden met 8 personen ook de kamer beneden nodig. Ook deze was ruim, met ramen. Mooie tuin en balkon en vooral heel compleet! Alles was er, van koffiecups tot een wasmachine en droger. Wij vonden het een ideaal huis voor de wintersport wegens de houtkachel en ruime garage waar voor de kinderen ook een aantal sleeen lagen. Huiskamer ook ruim en leuk ongericht. Gewoon echt een mooi huis!

Vue sur le Léman

Séjour très agréable avec une grande terrasse et une belle vue, mais parquet du premier étage grinçant, le four micro- ondes très haut sur le réfrigérateur et le jardin moins entretenu (saule pleureur mort depuis un moment) . La personne qui nous a accueillis et qui gère la maison est très compétente et agréable.

Bonjour, nous vous remercions pour votre appréciation. Pour faire suite à vos remarques, nous allons modifier l'emplacement du micro-ondes de manière à ce qu'il soit adapté à un plus grand nombre. Notre saule pleureur est mort l'année dernière ; nous en avons été profondément attristés car il était très grand et magnifique. Nous n'avons pas encore procédé à son déracinement car c'est un chantier important et nous n'avons pas encore statué sur l'essence de l'arbre qui pourra le remplacer. Pour le reste, le jardin est entretenu très régulièrement (cf photos de cet été). Comme discuté, pour le parquet du premier étage, nous n'avons pas beaucoup de solutions, il s'agit d'un chalet. Au plaisir de vous accueillir lors d'un prochain séjour. Bien à vous

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis, le chalet est très confortable, et rien ne manque Meubles de bon goût, machines à laver et autres de qualité,tout était à notre disposition pour un très agréable séjour La propriétaire est une dame charmante, et je n’ai qu’une envie ,revenir l’année prochaine Cela faisait des années que je recherchais une location de cette qualité La vue sur le lac Léman est superbe

A beautiful view to the lake

It was very nice in Isabelle’s chalet with the garden and a big balcony with the view to the lake. The place was very calm and enough space for 7 adults and two kids. Christine welcomed us very well and showed us in detail the chalet. The communication in English was difficult because she can only speak French but Isabelle and her husband can speak English very well. One thing was a little bit annoying. It is because the chalet is old and you can hear every step of somebody and move of the door. You need time to be used to it. But it was okay. Thanks a lot.

Marvellous huge balcony and plenty of space

We had an excellent 2 weeks staying here. There were 6 of us, 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 youths. We loved sitting on the balcony on the settee and chairs in the mornings and evenings with our cups of tea, just looking at the view. It was surprisingly peaceful considering how close it is to the centre of town. We also ate on the balcony as there is a table and chairs and it was wide enough for us all to sit with ease. We parked 2 cars easily in the drive. We ate meals with the windows open, in the large dining/living area. The kitchen was fine and well equipped (scales, blender, lots of pots and pans). The beds were very comfortable and the showers were good, both important items for a good holiday for us. Upstairs floorboards were creaky, much to our amusement. The cellar/cave housed an excellent washing machine and dryer - an essential item for us, with youths! Another essential for the youths was the wifi, and we had no complaints at all! The agent who showed us around when we arrived was very nice and the owner texted us in very good English with info and suggestions of what to see and do. We used the funicular to get up and down to town (free June to September). This is one of the best places we have stayed around this area (this is our fifth time in Haute Savoie) and it suited all our 3 generations. Many thanks to Isabelle and Frederic.
