Beautiful terraced house near the beach in the tranquil bay of Aucanada. Ideal for families and couples.This prestigious holiday residence offers you many opportunities, due to its quiet but central location, a golf course and the beach are just a few steps away and you can reach the city in a couple of minutes by car. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny pool terrace, as there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.The entrance of the villa offers a staircase that leads to the large sliding roof with sea views. Crossing the entrance area, one reaches the living room and dining room, which has access to the terrace and pool area on the left and the fully equipped kitchen on the right. Another staircase from the entrance hall leads to the 3 double bedrooms, the main bedroom offers a private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. You will also find the garage and laundry room on this level. The main bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have access to the terrace and pool area, also on the ground floor. There is an additional toilet on the right side of the entrance hall.The swimming pool is kidney-shaped and surrounded by a beautiful garden, an outdoor shower is next to the pool.POOL: 7 m wide x 2.80 x 3.15 m. Kidney-shaped pool (1.20 m deep x 2.00 m)Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AMThe tourist tax is included in the rates.Important information to keep in mind:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Well maintained & clean

Well maintained and clean house, roomy for three adults and one child. A bit far from Alcudia city centre where the sand beach and most stores/restaurants are located, especially if you have a small child. The nice pool and the size of the house however makes it possible to spend more time at the house.

Check in process was long winded wanting to have everyone’s passport info etc which seems unnecessary. The property was fine and as per the description. A few basics would have been nice to have on arrival, some soap in the bathrooms, a kitchen cloth and tea towel don’t seem much to ask for on arrival!

Communication by management excellent.

Communication by management excellent. Facilities of the property are excellent standard. Location 15 mins from Alcudia Villa was clean, great facilities such as the pool, plenty of space for family of 6 people. Location to local restaurants and shop was perfect. 15 minute bus ride into the port, 25 mins to old town so good for market days. We had a problem with a broken key during our stay and the owner came very quickly and was sorted within hours. If any member of the party is not good with stairs not the place to stay there are a lot of them, although the flooring through out is of a high standard it is treacherous when wet, small children in and out of the pool could be an issue.

Situated at the edge of the town, the villa was peaceful. It',s close to the sea. There',s a little shop which sells bread, pastries and basic groceries a few minutes walk away. The house is pretty well equipped. There is a big fridge and big freezer. Having 3 outdoor seating areas was a bonus. The pool is lovely. A hoopoe visited the garden. You have to take your chances with parking outside. We didn',t have problems and always got parked within 20 metres but there are more villas being built in the street so there is no guarantee of parking close to the door in the future.

Contratas una casa con aire acondicionado y lo tienen regulado de 20.00h a 8.00am.El resto del día a 32 grados no se puede poner el aire acondicionado. No tiene sentido.

Minor issues

Instructions and checking in good and easy. It is a nice property, spacious and was clean and in a good location away from the busier nearby town. Albeit within easy walking distance. The pool and terraces with views over the sea are beautiful. A couple of things that weren’t as explained - one of the showers did not work and the safe was old and would not open meaning there was nowhere to put valuables during our stay. The jacuzzi bath also did not work. The following would improve the stay: Considering the cost of the property, the meagre amount of welcome supplies could be increased. I have stayed in much cheaper places with far more welcome supplies than this place offers. The TV is only in German. Considering I was staying in Spain, I would’ve liked to have regional channels. The TV was password protected and so could not be changed. The aircon likewise was set on timers that also could not be amended to make the stay and climate to our own liking. There was a lack of instructions and local information at the property. Considering, the threat of fines for leaving the tiniest amount of rubbish behind there was a lack of waste bags, tea towels (1) and washing up liquid to last a 10 day stay. I had supplies left over from our stay that could’ve been left for others to make use of but due to the threat of fines for leaving rubbish I removed and disposed for fear of being classed as rubbish.

Tolle Urlaubswoche mit Freundinnen

Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden ! Das Haus ,die Aussicht der Pool alles wirklich toll 👍 Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sollten in nächster Zeit mal verbessert werden… die Stühle am Esstisch drinnen sind sehr unbequem und die Stühle draußen auf der Terrasse waren auch nicht gerade bequem und dazu noch defekt . Die Auflagen oben auf dem Liegen die auf der Dachterrasse stehen sollten vielleicht mal gewechselt werden sind sehr schmutzig . Ansonsten hat das Haus alles was man braucht und wie wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt . Die Abende auf der Dachterrasse waren traumhaft schön !

Zona tranquila y muy bonita. Construcción de lujo y piscina privada encantadora. Baño del dormitorio principal hola tan mal que tuvimos que dormir en otro dormitorio. No hay vado por lo que nos aparcaban en la puerta de la cochera y en dos ocasiones no pudimos sacar el coche. Hay hormigas en la cocina.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, gut ausgestattet und ein toller Service. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend!

A great apartment

This was a really lovely property for a family or group to stay in and we loved our time here. Great spaces to sit in both inside and especially outside. Only negative would be the kitchen; the dishwasher didn't work (as in, it ran but just spread the gunk around and coated it on so we gave up using it); and it would be really nice if the property left just some minimal basics (e.g. salt, pepper, sugar (and maybe oil and balsamic - it being the Med!) - and in the fridge if need be because of flies/ants etc).

Amazing villa break

The villa has amazing views of sea & boats & is short walk into Alcudia marina. The villa is very spacious and we found the outside dining area beautiful to get a rest from the sun & enjoy out meals. The pool & gardens are immaculate as was the villa which had everything you needed for a self contained holiday. We will definitely be booking this villa again.

Servicio correcto

Todo en general Las almohadas y los colchones. Aún estoy esperando que me contesten si se podía usar el jacuzzi del baño principal y que me digan si han encontrado unas gafas graduadas que olvidamos.
