Home was great. Our granddaughters loved the bunk house, crabbing off the dock, and views off the sunroom. There was plenty of space for everyone.Would definitely visit again. Kate was a pleasure to work with.

Nice spot for family gathering.

We enjoyed our brief stay while attending a family wedding. Kate was responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check in was easy and although we did not utilize them, the kitchen was well stock. The place was clean and well organized.

Bayside escape!

We really enjoyed our stay! Traveled with my parents and our two toddlers. The house was very clean. The garage was full of beach items, bicycles, and ping pong table. The community pool was a bonus! The master bedroom upstairs was a treat. Beautiful views of the water from multiple areas in the home. Owner so easy to talk with. We will definately look into renting again here in the future!

Amazing location, amazing home.

We really enjoyed so much about this property! To start, it comfortably housed our family of 11, and had so many great amenities. The dock was a great space to gather, and there are kayaks, fishing gear and a paddleboard. Beautiful home inside and out, the kitchen was great for gathering, kids room with bunk beds made a great hangout spot, and every room has a TV + PS3. Master bedroom was definitely a highlight as well as the sunroom. Lastly, the hosts were extremely accommodating, and we appreciate you allowing us to have a great vacation here!

Ocean City Fun with a side of Peace, Quiet and Tranquility

Simply wonderful

We decided to do a last-minute Easter getaway (2 - families of 5 and Grandmom). Kate was extremely responsive, helpful and organized. Upon arrival, the home was sparkling clean and ready for guests. The house/property is well stocked and well cared for. Our children loved the board games, ping-pong table, and foosball table (and the upstairs double bunk room, of course). Weather was a bit chilly during out stay, but the kids enjoyed the basketball net and playground in the community. We hope to visit again so we can enjoy the water activities and more outdoor fun. Absolutely a 5 star experience!

Seriously…Just Book It!

A group of 11 of us traveled for our annual Friendsgiving celebration, and it was perfect. If anything, everything you see in the photos is even better in person! So many details are simply perfection by the host, ranging from communication, to bedding, to entertainment, to cooking, to relaxing. If you’re even considering this property…just book it!

It’s all there

Everything you need to enjoy the bay and the nearby beaches is available at this house. It was so great to not have to bring all that gear with us. Kate was excellent with communication. Highly recommend.

5 star Beach house

Thank you Kate and Dave!! We gave our children a Christmas gift for a week at this beach house. We have 3 married daughters, a son who's engaged for Nov, a teenage son, twelve yr old daughter and 4 beautiful grand children, one whose in the nicu. He wasn't due until August, but made an early appearance. Our daughter and son-in-law were able to come for two nights and have a break from running to the nicu and just relax! Our days were spend crabbing off the back deck, kayaking, going to the beach,which was only a mile from the house. The men loved that there was a boat lift for our son-in-laws boat and this grandmother loved that there was a fence along the deck to protect our granddaughters from the canal. Also alot of wonderful restaurants in the area!! We had a wonderful time!! Kate and Dave thought of everything to make their house comfortable and very clean!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!! Fully equipped canal home

The house was well stocked for just about any activity you'd want. From fishing to kayaking to games and movies, Foosball, ping pong, bicycling, etc. We brought 3 families with 8 kids and had a blast! Very close to OC and the Delaware beaches. Great restaurants mins away. Beautiful home. Lots of very thoughtful touches.

Thanksgiving Gathering

After a few years, our family continued the tradition of gathering at the beach to celebrate Thanksgiving. We were fortunate to have found a lovely home to rent. Very clean, accommodations met all we needed and Kate was so gracious. We are thankful that she shared her home with us and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return for another get together

Amazing Amazing Amazing

The property was everything we could ask for. Kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room and kept themselves entertained (but most of all out of trouble). We were able to use the provided chairs and wagon from the garage when we went to the beach. Fishing right outside the backyard was so convenient and at night we enjoyed family time at the fire pit. Kate is an extremely helpful host during booking and even during our stay. Our family had such a great time and will certainly come back and stay at this property.

This was our first family vacation which was a gift for my in laws from all of us. .

The house was absolutely incredible and everything we expected. There was plenty of room for 8 adults throughout. The sunsets were beautiful, we walked down Lincoln ave. in the evening to get a better view but still was good at the home. We are dog people so we made sure we were out front for evening walks for Mona, George and Lola . Neighbors are friendly and the location was perfect. Definitely will be renting again at some point! Thank you Kate for opening your home it is truly beautiful!
