Beautiful house in Marbella very close to the beach ideal for families

Detached villa in the east of Marbella. Very close to the beach.
The house is located in the Marbesa Urbanization, 25 min. from the international airport of Malaga, 10 min. from the Center of Marbella.
In the urbanization there are supermarkets, shops and restaurants. It is only 10 min. from the public hospital.
It is a perfect place to discover the charms of the Costa del Sol, Gibraltar, Ronda, or North Africa.
It is ideal for families. It has a private garden with lawn and swimming pool for adults and children. Large terraces with barbecue, basketball court, bicycles and darts game.
The House is our summer residence. It has memories of all trips made throughout the world as well as local details that provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Whole house is available to our guests that may make use of our belongings with the only limit of its proper use and care.
Our music, books or movies or games are to available of them guests so can spend some good days enjoying of our accommodation

Beautiful Villa and area

It was a beautiful villa and space. The place was equipped with all the things you could possibly need. We had a lovely time there. There were lovely restaurants near by and Marbella was just a short bus journey away. The local beaches were a stone throw away (10 mins walk) and it not very busy. The area and restaurants were very authentic. My only recommendation would be ensuring that all doors are locked at the back as well as the front when one goes out. Moreover I would recommend that a safe was installed in the Villa to keep people’s belongings safe.

Family 60th Birthday celebration

Immaculate and very well equipped property. Would benefit from modernisation and replacement of a few tired items but this did not detract from the wonderful experience we had. The property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely return here. We were aware that there was no aircon in the property and were concerned about this ahead of our visit, however there were fans in each room which we didn't need to use as the room temperature was OK considering it was 23 degrees outside. the pool area was fabulous along with the well manicured outside areas again equipped very well with furniture.

Beautiful house, perfect location

Communication was fabulous with the owners. They provided helpful advice and guidance and swiftly responded to our enquiries. The house is wonderful, in an amazing location. The beach is easily accessible as well as other areas such as Marbella old town by bus- using the M-220 or 6 bus. Ridiculously cheap and very efficient. The highlight of the holiday was the beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Many happy days were spent relaxing together by the pool. The layout of the outside provided opportunities either for our party of 12 to be all comfortably together or had so many separate areas, that if people wanted to be alone then they could so also! Being British we struggled somewhat with the heat at night, but we were fully aware that the house did not have AC when we booked it- so not complaining! Highly recommend this wonderful house- it provided us with amazing memories - thank you so much!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Jede Partie hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer beim Schlafzimmer. Toller Garten mit Pool. 2 schöne Terrassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Villa

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auf dem geschlossenen Hof haben drei Autos reichlich Platz. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider sind bei fünf Zimmer nur drei Bäder im Haus vorhanden. Ein viertes Bad befindet sich beim Pool. Dennoch haben wir uns mit der Familie, 7 Erw. 4 Kinder, im Haus und im sehr schönen Garten mit den beiden Pools richtig wohl gefühlt. Kinderstühle und Kinderbetten wurden problemlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt.

Een heerlijk huis!

We hadden een topweek in deze woning. Voldoende prima geoutilleerde kamers, een gezellige living met vele extra’s (muziek, video’s enz) en een geweldige tuin met voetbalveld, twee zwembaden en veel groen. De host was zeer attent en prima te bereiken. We hebben genereuze gastvrijheid beleefd. Leuke stranden en restaurants in de buurt.

Really great Villa

The Villa was lovely. Very well equipped with all the essentials and plenty of extras, great pools and very secluded. Clean and tidy and with lots of space for 3 families staying together ...... each had their own area of the villa. Location is great with shops, restaurants and beaches in walking range or a short drive

Beautiful colonial style villa

Great time here with excellent location in upscale neighborhood, well furnished house with lots of parking, pool and outdoor tub, soccer and basketball etc. Lots of stuff to do in the house with several patios and manicured lawns. The owner was very welcoming, and has an excellent tape and vinyl collection. Kitchen was well-furnished. It's a walking distance to the beach, but this area has a rocky beach although the restaurants are great. Lots of restaurants in the area and short distance to the highway. We didn't use the pool or tub as it was too cold in April.

Currently the beach has disappeared due to the strong storms this winter. Always, during the spring the sea returns the sand to the beach

Agradable estancia

Eduardo, el propietario, siempre ha estado a nuestra disposición; la comunicación con él ha sido muy fácil. La casa es bonita, sobre la parte exterior. El jardín y la piscina son una maravilla. También el porche de acceso al jardín, donde desayunamos y cenamos todos los días. Hay un restaurante a cinco minutos donde se come muy bien. Como objeción, decir que sería recomendable se instalara en la casa un sistema de aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Si bien había ventiladores, En días de calor son insuficientes.

Great Place for holidays !

We stayed here a week with 2 families (9p), and really loved this villa. Excellent location close to beach and in a quite residential area. Fantastic garden, pool and basket playground for the kids. Note that there is no AC, but they provide fans for a cooler night. We highly recommend this place.
