The apartment is cozy and elegantly furnished. The location is strategic for convenience both to the beach and to the daily life.
The studio boasts a living zone with 2 comfortable sofa beds 2,00 x 0,80 each, full private bathroom with underfloor heating.
Accommodation provides air conditioning (cold/hot) as well as ceramic heater, free 100Mb fiber internet with both WiFi and Ethernet connection, flat-screen Smart TV with installed and already connected accounts of Netflix, etc.
The kitchenette is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwashing machine, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware and tableware, etc.

Perfect location

We were expecting to have a late arrival, then our flight was delayed. Nikolay very kindly made up the beds for us. Although it is a studio apartment it has everything thing you need for two. The bed setee was very comfortable, all the linens were good quality and we even had beach towels. There was a welcome pack, and great variety of tea & coffee. Nikolay checked in with us on day two in case we needed anything and our departure was very easy. One extra thing the security is also tip top. I would highly recommend this apartment especially if you are looking for a beach location.
