Everything was fantastic! My constructive criticism would be that the mattresses are probably due for replacement, and the elevators fill quickly so be prepared for a long wait during peak hours. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again!

Amazing working jacuzzi tub in master bath

Very clean , crock pot a plus , short distance to beach , jets work in tub . easy access to elevators Could use more Elevators , Master bed very high off floor , washing machine very noisy and plan to rent tents at beach , not a lot of non rental beach space.

Loud unit

The property was beautiful. The unit itself was nice but was very noisy. The fridge was very loud, the ice maker was very loud, and the A/C unit was very obnoxious. Make sure to bring sound machine with you. Also room is right next to the elevators so beware that is loud as well! Beautiful unit but would not return.

Fun Beach trip!

Overall this is a lovely place. Unfortunately there were a few issues, and to be fair we didnt attempt to resolve them while there. First there were no sheets/linens for the sofa beds, the remote controls didnt work, likely because they lacked batteries. The master toilet handle popped off when flushing in rhe middle of the night, likely because the tank cover does not fit, in order to protect the handle from the seat. The glasses/cups in the kitchen were broken on the edges (where you put your mouth), and there are not enough of them for a full condo of guests. Additionally cooking was difficult due to the lack of a nonstick pan (although we appreciated the gumbo pot.) The pool and lazy river were wonderful, and beach access was perfect! Just seem like these little things could be corrected to make it more enjoyable.

Beautiful place

Overall the condo was really nice and clean, looked just like the pictures. The location was great too. A wonderful family oriented location to stay at if traveling with children. My only complaints is that only one of the tv’s out of 4 worked properly— the master bedroom tv was the only one that worked. The volume for the tv in the living room didn’t work so you were unable to adjust the volume and it was very low so you could barely hear it, the other two bedrooms tvs didn’t work at all and that’s the rooms that our children were staying in so it was inconvenient at night when they were wanting to wind down for bedtime. We attempted to call the front desk to find out about getting them fixed and the number they gave was for some security place so we didn’t know how to find out what the issue was easily. The other complaint being that when we arrived, the toilet paper that was there was a half used roll in each of the three bathrooms which resulted in us running out of toilet paper a couple days into our 4 day trip so we ended up having to buy toilet paper. This location would be perfect if the issues we had were fixed in the future.

We arrived Friday evening to find the unit dirty. Housekeeping came but did not hear from mgmt.

Property is lovely but our unit was not what we experienced in December when we stayed at the same property. The unit was dirty and housekeeping came late that evening but we never heard any follow up from the management which we were told would take place.
