In a secluded area on the outskirts of the town of Alozaina, you will find a private villa where to enjoy relaxing moments and get the best of your well-deserved holidays. Up to five guests can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the daily life, thanks to the three bedrooms provided, all of which are characterised by modern furniture that will allow you to take the deepest sleep ever. The master bedroom has a double bed; another bedroom has two single beds while the latter is equipped with one single bed. The house also has a bathroom with shower, to be shared among the five guests of the villa. The wide living area is divided into a cosy dining-living room with a built-in fireplace and a completely equipped galley corner, which completes the facilities of the villa. The whole holiday home is provided with AC and heating.

However, it is on the outside that this accommodation gives the best of itself. First of all, the property is completely fenced, sheltered from strangers’ eyes by tall cypresses that will allow you to enjoy the outdoor life in complete privacy. The perfectly maintained garden welcomes a precious private pool, surrounded by deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Next to it, a children park will let your kids have the time of their lives. And what’s better than end the day with a delicious meal? You won’t be surprised to find a barbeque, too. Cook tasty specialities and revel in them in the porch. Your holidays won’t taste the same after spending some days at this magnificent property in Alozaina.

Fabelhafte Villa am Rande einer hübschen kleinen spanischen Stadt. Die Villa war in sehr gutem Zustand und alles war wie erwartet. Der Poolbereich war schön und die Eigentümer waren sehr nett. Die Klimaanlage war ausgezeichnet. Die Straße runter gibt es einen sehr guten Dia-Supermarkt für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse. Vielen Dank für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

La gentillesse de Madame Maria et Monsieur Juen ( je n'oublierai jamais le panier de légumes qu'ils nous ont offert et fruits à disponibilités) ... Toutes les chambres climatisés.. Wunderschön gelegen mit Blick auf Alozaina und einem guten Ausgangspunkt für die weißen Dörfer der Sierra de las Nieves und die wunderschöne Natur. Das Haus selbst und der Pool waren sehr schön. Alles perfekt bis auf Folgendes: - Kaffeemaschine wirklich Mist. - keine Nachttischlampe, also nur eine sehr helle weiße Energiesparlampe. Im Allgemeinen sowieso nur wenige Lampen und nur hellweiß. - Die Dusche war nur ein harter Strahl, der auch das gesamte Badezimmer nass machte. Auch kein Regal oder ähnliches für Shampoo. Aber selbst durch diese Details würde ich wieder dorthin gehen.

Ein wunderbar ruhiger Ort mit einem schönen privaten Swimmingpool. Viel Privatsphäre durch den Zaun. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf Alozaina ist ein schönes Dorf zu Fuß erreichbar. Bergab, bergab, aber einfach zu machen. Gleich am Dorfeingang befindet sich die Bar Piscina, in der wir gut essen können. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, so dass Sie nicht weit fahren müssen, um schöne Spaziergänge in der Sierra de las Nieves zu unternehmen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort!
