Lavender Cottage Àr en vacker, rymlig 2 sovrums stuga i Norfolk kustby i Heacham. GÀsterna kommer att uppleva en "home from home" -upplevelse med alla moderna bekvÀmligheter inklusive diskmaskin, torktumlare och tvÀttmaskin. Den bekvÀma hörnsoffan omvandlas till en stor bÀddsoffa med dubbelsÀng och det finns ocksÄ en extra toalett pÄ nedervÄningen. Lovely spacious cottage, well appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to reach and within walking distance of shops and either by car or walk to the beach. Great place for our dog to stay too.Beds really comfortable and appreciated the downstairs toilet too. Made to feel very welcome by the hosts and the kind welcome gifts thank you!

Our second stay in Lavender Cottage!!It’s lovely & clean, so spacious & has so many extra’s-washing machine, separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, slow cooker & a downstairs toilet too!!A good choice of takeaways in the village of Heacham.A great location for whatever you want to do!!The host responds quickly too for any queries/questions.

Lovely cottage and extremely well equiped to a superb standard. Spotlessly clean. No problem parking if you follow their insructions, our 2 lazy greyhounds loved the peace and quiet, even the local pub welcomed them.

Lovely cottage with far more than you need for a comfortable stay. There is a small enclosed back garden which is great for dogs and the table and bench seat is great for us humans. There is a large van parked next door which can make it difficult but not impossible to get in and out of the parking space; just patience and lots of small movements worked.We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit.

The property was beautiful and we really felt at home. The outside needed some gardening doing(weeding) but was comfortable though smaller than expected. Inside the property was fabulous, but just small things such as cobwebs and skirting dust. Let it down. Though we were surprised with everything that was available in the kitchen ect. I would definitely stay there again. Did not want to leave. A real home from home.

Had a wonderful week again helped with the fantastic weather and had no problems with the cottage, everything you need is there. The kids love this place. We will be back next year.

Tolles Cottage. Super Lage

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Cottage. Tolle Lage, fußlĂ€ufig, ca. 15min. zum Strand.Pub um die Ecke. Das einzige was unverstĂ€ndlich im Inserat ist,dass das Strandhaus extra Miete kostet und HandtĂŒcher auch. Das kann ich so im Inserat nicht finden. Aber auch das war kein Problem. Die Vermieterin hat uns 2 Tage vorher darĂŒber in Kenntnis gesetzt.

We had a lovely stay at Lavender Cottage. Lots of lovely touches & a nice welcome basket. Jo the owner was great at getting back to us when we asked a few questions. It is in a good location for visiting the coast or towns. Through no fault of the cottage, parking was tight for our car, as the next door neighbour has a large white van that sticks out slightly on to the road so getting a good turn was tricky (not complaining, just advising others). We used the beach hut on our first day there. It was lovely, everything you’d need for a day at the beach. I would have given the cottage 5* for everything but thought the cleanliness let it down slightly. I may be being too fussy but the things I noticed were, the cutlery tray in the draw had lots of crumbs in it, a lot of the skirting boards were dusty & the downstairs loo looked like it hadn’t been cleaned behind the seat when the lid was down. I know they are only small things, but felt it let this beautiful cottage down. Saying that, it wouldn’t stop me recommending the cottage or staying again, I just couldn’t give it the 5* I would have liked to.

Lovely Weekend Stay

The cottage is lovely and well kept, it’s actually bigger than it looks on the photos, especially the bedrooms and bathroom. Generally tidy and has all the amenities you could need within the property. Parking outside was a struggle as the neighbours had a large van parked there, so couldn’t park as the pictures suggest, but we still managed. Hosts were easily contactable. The location is 1 minute away from a nice pub and about 20 minutes away from the beach (walking). Would happily return in the future.

Lovely property

Host was great, very helpful, check in information delays but host handled it very well. The house was easy to find, perfectly positioned for lots of things to do, well equipped, very comfortable, just great.

Perfect place to stay

Loved this cottage, everything you could need in terms of home comforts, ample kitchen equipment to do a 3 course meal (not that we did), courtyard garden perfect for the dog, as previously mentioned, parking is a little tight at the front of the property

Brilliant property

Lovely cottage with many extras. Only issue we had was to get the TV to work consistently, managed to get in going for an hour over the whole of ChristmasEverything else was perfect.
