On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a large open living room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, which opens directly onto the garden and the loggia. A spacious open dining room also provides access to the garden, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor spaces. Also on the ground floor, 1 room is fitted with 1 bunk bed sleeping 2, with a direct exit to the garden as well. The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped and also opens onto the garden. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom, as well as 2 additional rooms each furnished with 2 single beds, and a further double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, bidet, and WC. The upper floor is served by 2 additional shower rooms, each with bidet and WC, bringing the total bathroom count to 4. Please note that at 100 m from the main house there is a wooden outbuilding without a bathroom, containing a double bed for 2 people, which can be booked separately and is not included in the main property configuration.
