However, I am very sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I do wish you had reached out to us during your stay about these issues, as we would have loved the opportunity to address them right away and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Regarding the Wi-Fi: because our property is located in the Smoky Mountains, mountain internet infrastructure can occasionally be unpredictable or spotty, especially in lower levels like basements and theater rooms. While local signal strength is unfortunately beyond our direct control, we always do our best to troubleshoot connections whenever guests let us know there is an issue. We also appreciate your notes about the dishwasher, dishware, and trash bag supplies. We strive to provide a clean and well-stocked environment for all our guests, so we will be inspecting the dishwasher immediately and reviewing our starter amenities for larger groups to ensure future stays are properly prepared.
