Casa Del Mar offers many luxurious features and has abundant outdoor space both around the pool and the purpose-built BBQ area, as well as the large lawn for young children. The pool is gated, providing an extra safeguard for young children and has the option to be heated (at an additional weekly charge). The garden and pool areas, together with the BBQ/Bar area make for easy and comfortable outdoor living and dining.

The villa is bright and spacious with a good distribution and an easy flow. All the bedrooms are of a good size, with ample wardrobe space, hot/cold aircon as well as ceiling fans for the summer months and dedicated heating for the winter months, ensuring everyone will be more than comfortable.

The ground floor consists of the large and well-equipped kitchen, with easy access to the dining and living areas. Also, on the ground floor are 3 en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest WC.
On the upper floor are 3 more bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and the other two share a full bathroom.

Additional features include Table Tennis, satellite TV, WiFi, electric gates and an alarm system. Furthermore, regular housekeeping is included twice a week!

Casa Del Mar is just a 450m walk from long stretch of sandy beach offering a magnificent area for swimming, just west of the well-known Puerto Banús. The beach-side neighbourhood is very well maintained and the streets going down to the beach are safe to walk.
