The open-plan living area features a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances, dining seating for six, and a lounge area with a sofa bed for extra guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom boasts ample storage, while the twin room can be converted into a double. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace. Outside, the pool terrace and gardens provide a tranquil setting with comfortable sunbeds, shaded areas, and outdoor dining for six. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout the villa.

Kalkan

Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. The harbour area has something for everyone: a pebble beach, beach clubs with frequent boat shuttles, water sports, and popular day trips at sea. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.



LaVanta
