2013年に全面改装された美しい4ベッドルーム、5バスルームハウスです。 この家は、カルカン旧市街の中心にある多くの狭い車線の1つに位置し、ブーゲンビリアが多くのバルコニーを囲んでいます。 絵のような港とビーチは家から約200メートル、徒歩2分以内にあります。 家は快適に8人を収容する。 3つのダブルベッドルームと1つのツインベッドルームがあります。 エアコンが備わり、各客室には専用バスルームと室内金庫が備わっています。 1階には広々としたオープンプランのキッチンとリビングルームがあります。 日当たりの良い中庭にはキッチン、2つの屋根付きテラスにはプランジプール、屋外のキッチンエリア、バーベキューがあり、日光浴や食事に最適な空間を提供しています。 カルカンは、優雅なトーラス山脈のふもとに隠された古代の港の周りにぴったりとはまります。 狭い通りは、歴史的な町を通って港までひねります。

Excellent location, beautiful large property with great amenities!
A really great property, huge spaces and great location and views from the roofs. The welcome pack was a lovely touch especially as we arrived very late at night. Provision of towels for the beach also great and cut down on our packing! The internal stairs are quite steep, the 6 year old with us coped fine but those with younger children should be aware its something to consider. Definitely will stay again!

Fantastic house in central location
From my initial enquiry to leaving after my holiday , Emma was great with dealing with any questions . The house itself is literally 60 seconds walk to all the amazing restaurants in Kalkan town . The photos don’t do it justice . It’s very spacious and surprisingly quiet even though it’s right in centre of town . The roof terrace is very big and ideal for sunbathing . I would not hesitate to stay in this property again , I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can’t wait to return !

Great house great location
Eski koy evi is a real gem in the heart of the old town. The house is tastefully decorated throughout, well equipped and provides very generous accommodation for a large group. On our arrival there was a small selection of breakfast items which saved us a shopping trip after a long drive. The upper terrace and plunge pool are the real highlight, where we spent most of our evenings sipping wine and watching the beautiful sunset. We will definitely return!

Great house, great location
A fantastic town house in the old town. Perfectly situated within walking distance of the restaurants, bars, beachfront but in a quiet backstreet location. The property was perfect for our family and tastefully decorated throughout. The highlight was the roof terrace and plunge pool. Perfect spot for sundowners! We will definitely be back!

English owners who fell in love with Kalkan on their first visit many years ago. In 2012 we bought our lovely house in the Old Town and set about restoring it.

We love spending time at our home from home and hope that everyone loves it as much as we do.

Emma, the owners daughter handles all of the bookings and correspondence, please give her a call if you should need any help or further information.
