The chalet accommodates guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a thoughtful distribution of spaces across 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, 1 shower room, and a separate WC. The first floor hosts 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms, along with 1 bathroom with WC. The second floor, situated in the attic, features a low-ceilinged room with 3 single beds, particularly well suited for children. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with a filter coffee machine as well as a fondue and raclette set, inviting you to enjoy classic Swiss culinary traditions. The living room features a radio, TV, and telephone, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day of alpine activities. Please be aware that the chimney in the living room is not available for guest use. A baby cot measuring 60x120 cm, excluding bed linen, is available upon request. The property benefits from WiFi connectivity, keeping you seamlessly connected throughout your stay. Electricity, heating, water, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen as an initial supply, use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax are all included in the rental.

The chalet enjoys a privileged outdoor setting with remarkable views towards the Hornberg, offering a scenic backdrop that defines the alpine atmosphere of the property. Please note that access to the chalet requires climbing a long staircase of approximately 240 steps, which is an important consideration when planning your stay. An open car park is available directly at the property, and 2 additional parking spaces are provided next to the main road beside the waste container, ensuring convenient options for guests arriving by car.

A refundable security deposit of CHF/EUR 500.00 is required and must be paid directly in cash to the keyholder upon arrival. Pets are welcome at this property. It is important to note that in most properties only 1 pet, typically 1 dog, is permitted. Additional or different animals must be requested and approved prior to booking. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer is located in the basement and is available for guest use. Filter coffee and telephone calls are not included in the rental and will be charged separately.
