Verdemar is a famous and well kept apartment building in Nerja. It is ideally located in the Parador area, just in front of one of the most astonishing belvedere of the city (Mirador del Bendito) and close to restaurants, bars and shops.
Verdemar is only a 30 meters to Playa Carabeillo and a 5 minutes walk to the famous Balcon de Europa or to Burriana Beach.
The complex has a big communal pool and a beautiful garden.
The apartment has been completely refurbished in summer 2013 and consists of:
- a large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning,
- a bathroom with shower and washing machine,
- a fully fitted kitchen and a bright living/dining area with sea view
- a small private outdoor space with table and chairs and direct access to the communal pool and garden
Due to its location, this comfortably furnished apartment is a perfect accomodation for couples and small families who love to stay very close to the beach and to the city centre.
