Welcome to our home!

This 4th floor home (stair access) is centrally located in the action and culture of Edinburgh. With endless things to do, see and experience, you're assured to have an amazing stay.

Fitted with a sofa and TV, the spacious living room is perfect to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The full kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven and stove. Feel free to use the toaster, microwave and kitchenware provided as well. With plenty of space and natural light, you can enjoy cooking up a tasty homemade meal!

Have a good nights sleep in the 2 double bedrooms. Fitted with plenty of storage space and cosy touches, you can make yourself right at home! Guests can use the full bathroom with a bathtub.

We hope you have a great stay!

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Our home is in the perfect location for all guests! Directly on Edinburgh's Royal Mile and opposite the famous Worlds End Pub, you're bound to find plenty of things to do during your stay! You're also within walking distance to most attractions, such as The Castle (10min) and the Parliament (7 min).

There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes in the area to excite your tastebuds! However, if you're planning to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at Scottish Grocer (1 min), Taste of Scotland (4min) or Tesco Express (7min).

As you're in the heart of the city, there is plenty of attractions within walking distance. There are also some great bus routes within a 5 min walk from the home. The tram stop on Princess Street is a 10 minute walk away, and is perfect to take you across the city and even to the airport in 35 minutes.

Important note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator.

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Amazing Location

Location was perfect for Old Town. So convenient. Apartment is quite spacious. Up 5 flights of stairs but was not a problem. Very quiet. It was hard to find address for the key near. If they could have told us to pick up at the Ibis Hotel it would have been much easier to find. We went up and down hills using map and carrying luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location on the Royal Mile

We had a great time staying at this flat in Edinburgh! The location is great for those visiting as the flat is on the Royal Mile and near Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, etc. The flat was very clean, had plenty of space, and made our travel very easy. We’d recommend this to others looking to stay in Edinburgh.

The location is great because it is in the middle of the Royal Mile stretch -- 10-minute walk to the Edinburgh Castle, and 10-minute walk the other direction to the Holyroodhouse. You are right in the middle of everything - plenty of restaurants, shops, and other local establishments. Plenty of public transportation, and right next to the Waverley Train Station. Service leading up to our arrival and checkout was phenomenal. There are two spacious bedrooms, and the living room and kitchen are very spacious. The apartment was very clean and updated. We had four adults and truly enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing location and comfy beds

The property is it a fantastic location right on the Royal Mile, just minutes away from the castle and right in the centre of the Old Town with wonderful shops and restaurants all around. If you wanted to go further afield there are buses very close that are easy to navigate. The beds and sofa are really comfy and you have everything you would need to make a quick snack or a meal if you wanted to eat in rather than out. The apartment is on the 4th floor up some stone steps, so definitely only suitable for people without accessibility issues! Couple of concerns re cleanliness but nothing that was enough to spoil the apartment or the trip.
