This cosy little studio is on the top floor and is centrally located just by Avenue Jean Médecin. It has a small kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

The room has a beautiful sloping ceiling and a bed for two people.

The studio has a TV, Wi-Fi, and AC. The bathroom is modern and has a shower and WC. The little kitchen is equipped with a hob, micro, and fridge.

The apartment is located in the middle of Nice, with many boutiques and restaurants outside the door. A fifteen-minute walk will take you to the sea or the Old Town. The tram, which easily takes you back and forth to Nice Airport, is in the same block as the apartment.

Great location!

This cute, little apartment has a great location for exploring Nice. Centrally located near shopping, the beach, mass transit, and the other amenities. It was a great place to stay.

Private, safe, and clean stay!

I loved my stay at this property. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Communication with property manager was easy, the property was clean, and I felt safe entering and exiting the building at all hours. Has all things required to cook for yourself along with a washing machine. If I have the chance to come back to Nice, I would happily stay here again!

Really a lovely apartment, all well equipped, furnished with modern design and with brand new furniture. Very central, close to shops, train station, beach, major areas of tourist interest. The owner really available for any support.

I am Swedish but have lived in Nice for a few years with my dog Bisou, and I love the French Riviera. With its proximity to the sea and mountains, every season is so beautiful.
