Stunning ocean and volcano views from our large terraces, super privacy and tranquil location, ten minutes walk to the beach and centre of the village, major attractions including Siam park, HardRock hotel and Adeje golf course are all nearby. Parking outside of the property entrance.
Fully equipped kitchen and furnished through out to a high standard, we have a fabulous oven BBQ for you outdoor dining.
WIFI and English TV with entertainment, sports channels.

Had a wonderful stay for 12 nights with my wife celebrating her birthday. Communication with owners was very good property very clean well equipped kitchen comfy beds pool well maintained and a great television setup for sport UK TV etc. the best bit was the owners really kind and personable they even got my wife a bday card and small gift. Neighbourhood very quiet at nite and property very secure heavy steel gate at street level enabling sleeping with windows and patio door open. We intend to stay here again thank you both!

We have just returned from a two week stay in Lee & Gosias villa. The villa is exactly how it looks in the photos. We were able to check in early which was amazing as we had a 5 year old with us. Lee and Gosia were very easy to contact and always very helpful. The pool was perfect and Lee came in to clean it on a few different occasions. The area is very quiet and only a 5 min walk to the supermarket and shops. There are plenty of places to eat near by. (Try restaurant El Delfín it was amazing if you like fish). The villa is very well equipped and has everything you would need for self catering if you wanted to cook at home and has a great bbq. The sunsets from the roof terrace are amazing. We would most definitely stay here again.

Fantastic villa with wonderful owners, the detail they both put in to make it as welcoming was just amazing being our first family holiday in 10years.The Villa is bright throughout, spotless, plenty of towels for showers for a family of 5, again plenty for pool too. Kitchen area has everything you need, lounge is perfect for kids to have down time have all the channels you can think of. Main bedroom with double doors leading to pool area is lovely. 3 showers & 1 bath , showers have great pressure too. Beds are comfortable! For some lovely views and a nice drink go up to the roof terrace it’s beautiful. The pool itself is unbelievable to have your own space and temperature was perfect. Seating around pool was great! I honestly can’t fault the villa. Walking distance 10 minutes left and right of villa takes you to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. For children that want to make sand castles we choose to go to a beach in a taxi 10mins away called la Pinta & playa El Duque both lovely beach’s with shops and bars. La pinta has calmer waters for little ones. We would come back to this villa in a heartbeat and can only speak highly of our stay here. Lee & Gosia both great people had some lovely chats with them great for advice too. Thank you for having us, would love to come back in the future Paul & Hannah

Amazing, ultra clean Villa

My husband and I have just returned from Villa Tosca. What a fabulous six week stay we were fortunate enough to enjoy.We cannot praise Lee and Gosia, the owners highly enough for their kindness. Their attention to detail is evident throughout the property and the cleanliness in every aspect from the beautiful swimming pool down to spotless kitchen and bathrooms. Everything just perfect.From the start of the booking process until the moment we left Villa Tosca their communications with us were faultless. We had an early morning flight, but were still able to leave our luggage and freshen up whilst Lee and Gosia continued to prepare Villa Tosca for our stay. The welcome pack was really appreciated and the endless supply of 8 liter water canisters so very thoughtful. We have been lucky enough to stay in numerous villas and apartments all over Tenerife in the past but Villa Tosca definitely beats them all. Villa Tosca is situated close to Calle de Salvaje which has a host of good eateries offering something for every taste. We did not hire a car and would walk into town approx 15 minutes and get a taxi back as it is slightly uphill. There is a taxi rank there however, any restaurant will call you a taxi.The Rosa Centre is within an 8 minute walk from Villa Tosca and has a very good supermarket on the ground floor. We also enjoyed the eateries available here, especially the Tapas restaurant.Lee and Gosia please accept our sincere thanks for allowing us to stay.

Excellent location & excellent hosts

Stayed at the villa with my partner and in laws for 2 weeks. Lee and Gosia were fantastic hosts. Very helpful and quickly responded to questions. We really appreciated the late check out as we had a night flight. The villa was clean and had everything that you might need. Lee came round twice within our stay to clean the pool and refresh the towels. Really perfect location, beaches, restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Our only feedback was that only one sun bed was adjustable. We spend the majority of our around the pool sunbathing so it would have been nice to have some better quality adjustable beds and perhaps more than one umbrella around the pool as when the sun was out it was incredibly hot! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would book again! Thank you Gosia and Lee for a fantastic stay at your lovely villa.

Wonderful accommodation

We had a wonderful week here, the villa is perfect, love size for our family of 6, has everything you need, lots of space inside and outside and all very clean. The owners are lovely, very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and visit. It’s lovely and peaceful with easy access to the beach and local attractions. We will be booking again for next year. It was a great experience and we all would highly recommend. Thank you for having us..

Such a great place. The villa itself has absolutely everything you could need. Light and spacious with the 2 sets of sliding doors leading out to the fantastic pool area. Plenty of sunbeds for the sun worshippers. The roof terrace has some amazing views of the surrounding area. Lee and Gosia were fantastic hosts. Brilliant correspondence and great local recommendations, even went as far as booking us a taxi for the water park. Plenty of restaurants to choose from all within 10 minutes walk of the villa. Great little shopping complex a couple of minutes walk away with a supermarket. We all had a great time and would have no qualms in recommending the villa or staying there again.

Great villa hokiday

This is a fantastic Villa for a family holiday. The Hosts Lee and his wife communicated perfectly before and during our holiday. Lots of good recommendations. It’s a quiet village with a number of lovely restaurants to choose from. We went to La Caleta for dinner one evening, beautiful. We did spend most of our time at the Villa enjoying the spacious terrace and lovely pool.

Fabulous property clean, comfortable, spacious in quiet area of town but within easy walking distance to all amenities. Lee was very prompt at replying to queries and very helpful would not hesitate to come back and stay again!

Great place to stay

Stayed for 2 weeks, family of 5 (ages 14-19). Hosts, Lee & Gosia were great, easily contactable & had great recommendations. Villa had everything we needed, short walk (downhill!) to restaurants & supermarket. A really enjoyable, relaxed 2 weeks. Fully recommend.

Beautiful Villa and Amazing Host

Villa was stunning, clean and well presented!! Views were out of this world!! Lee was amazing contact all throughout our stay very friendly and helpful. Was a little out of the way for the 18-20’s but perfect for a quiet family stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back

Wunderschöne Villa in toller Lage

Die Finca ist wirklich super. Die Aufteilung der Räume und der Außenanlage ist bestens. Es ist alles vorhanden was man sich von einer privaten Villa wünscht. Pool, Grill, Handtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche und viele Liegen und Stühle zum Entspannen. Die Finca ist für Ausflüge in die Umgebung toll gelegen und an den Strand und in das Ortszentrum sind es nur 10 min Fußweg. Lee und seine Frau sind super nett und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns mit allen Infos versorgt. Rundum alles top.

Beautiful sunsets

We really enjoyed the outdoor area and rooftop terrace. Beautiful sunsets and views of La Gomera. The house was very clean. Lee and his wife are great hosts always helpful. Thank you very much for a very relaxing vacation.

Perfect Villa is a Great Location

The Villa is beautifully laid out with both indoor and outdoor space for the whole family. Really well equipped too. Really quiet location but just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and a great beach. Lee & Gosia were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We can't wait to go back!

Villa Tosca

The Villa was spacious and well laid out. The children loved having their own pool and their swimming improved amazingly over the week. Lee was an excellent host and very responsive to a few minor glitches we had early on. We loved having sundowners on the roof terrace. A most enjoyable week.

Just returned from 6 nights. Lovely Villa in a great, quiet, location. Villa had everything we needed and Lee (the host) was very helpful with recommendations. Car isn’t needed… but we hired one.

Fantastic in every way

Owners were amazing, villa was amazing. Pretty much perfect. We loved the heated pool. We loved the villa. We loved the location. Quiet area but restaurants and bars a 5 min walk. Las Americas nad Los Cristianos a 10 min drive. Every TV channel you could wish for. All in all were so glad we picked this villa.
