Fantastic location and everything is within easy walking distance. Very well decorated, safe, and host is very easy to contact. Great quality linens and towels. There is a dollar general a quarter of a mile away if you forget anything like bathroom items or k-cups. Will absolutely stay again, great property !

We love staying in this condo. Perfect location to dining and short walk to town. Sitting on the deck listening to the river and watching nature is wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this beautiful condo very much. It was clean, comfy and cozy and a short walk to downtown Helen and restaurants. And the balcony on the river was very relaxing with a great view.The communication with the host was great. I hope we will be able to come again

The property was well kept and clean. The deck overlooking the river made for a relaxing afternoon, feeling the breeze and watching tubers go by. Did not use the elevator. Took the stairs. The furnishing were comfortable.

We have stayed here several times over the years and the condo is always clean. Comfy furnishings and everything you need to prepare meals in the kitchen if you like. The back covered deck/porch is our favorite spot to hang out overlooking the river. The condo is just a few minutes walk to downtown Helen. Very enjoyable place.

Spotlessly clean accommodations. Great view from the porch on the river. Within walking distance to anywhere in Helen. Didn’t have to drive anywhere. I hope we can stay there again.

Host was very accommodating and the view from the balcony was so relaxing. It even has an elevator. No stairs!!!Full one bedroom apartment with everything you need plus short walking distance to Downtown Helen.

It was perfect for us. My husband wanted a place on the river so he could fish & he did every chance he got. Loved the hot tub! Easy walk around Helen & restaurants. On our list to come back hopefully next year!Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Helen spot

The location is second to none for getting around Helen. Covered parking, clean property, amazing amenities, furnished and decorated with the best, and a comfortable stay.
