Lefkada Holiday Rentals Team is inviting you to get familiar with this gorgeous, newly finished villa residence that will make you forget all your cares by surrounding you with Mediterranean inspired luxury. Wooded boundaries and immaculate gardens create a private poolside sanctuary with sweeping views of the sea and nearby islands. Three villas with 250 square meters of living space combined create the perfect location for family gatherings or group celebrations while allowing for individual relaxation with private retreats.
This complex of three separate villas is located on 4000 square meters and spans four levels to maximize views, gathering space and privacy. Children of all ages can play without the risk of disturbing neighbors. This is the perfect retreat where your group will not be disturbed by neighbors.

These three houses have something and space for everyone. Each space has been designed and decorated with your comfort, convenience, and relaxation in mind. The result is a calming oasis that embraces Greek culture and blends historical and modern design elements from across the Mediterranean. Everywhere you look, you will encounter mindfully chosen fixtures, finishes, appliances and furniture which place luxury at your fingertips. Modern and classical finishes are seamlessly blended through the deliberate use of onyx, detailed masonry, custom cornices, ironwork railings, accent pieces, and local woods. Reclaimed hardware, tiles, olive barrels and bricks dating back hundreds of years make the villa unique and bring history to life.

A large 4m x 10m, gradually deepening infinity pool (1.2m to 1.9m) forms a stunning focal point of the complex. The pool, outdoor bar, sunbathing lounges, grass, seating areas and umbrellas ensure a variety of outdoor relaxation options to suite your mood and energy levels.

VILLA PARADISO

The main house [160 sq.meters] provides two levels of living space with an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining and living area, which opens onto a large terrace. A master bedroom with full bath and private balcony is also located on this level. Large windows and doors blur the separation of indoors and outdoors. Stairs lead to the two bedroom suites located below, each with a full bath and private exits to the pool level.

Groundfloor Suite 1

This bedroom, located on the lower floor of the main villa, has a king size bed which may be reconfigured into two single beds, if desired. The attached full bath has been playfully decorated with hand painted tiles to make you feel like you are showering in the sea. The room includes library shelving, an armoire and nightstands to make your stay comfortable.

Groundfloor Suite 2

This bedroom, also located on the lower floor of the main villa, has a king bed with a sea view and pool view. The sofa coverts into a bed suitable for children. The attached gold accented bathroom has twin sinks, and features granite from Italy. Murano lighting fixtures, a storage cupboards and armoire complete the room.

First Floor Livingroom & Kitchen

Vaulted, exposed wood ceilings, faux marble floors and tall sliding doors enhance the open floor plan of the main villa to provide space and connection to outdoors and sea views. The well-appointed kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishware, glassware, cutlery and informal bar seating for three. The dining area easily seats six, and opens to a terrace with a outdoor dining area that seats 12. The master bedroom is located off of the kitchen. A large TV is located on the stonewall of the living area

First Floor Bedroom & Bath

The master bedroom is located opposite the living area of the main villa. The bedroom has been decorated with an African theme, and features bamboo furniture and a four-post, curtained king size bed. A mirrored closet separated the bedroom from the attached full bathroom. The shower, double vanity and bathtub surfaces are onyx, with dramatic backlit accents.

Terrace

The outdoor dining space seats up to 14 people. The large, custom tiled tabletop, detailed stone craftsmanship, doorways with ancient eucalyptus wood headers, ironwork railings and Tuscan cornices combine to create an idyllic space with uninterrupted views.

VILLA POOL

The Villa is immediately adjacent to the infinity pool area. This villa features vaulted, exposed wood ceilings and tall sliding doors leading from the living area to a private terrace. The private terrace has a seating area with a table and two sunbathing lounges. The bedroom has an attached full bath, decorated with delicate 3 fashioned tiles. The couch in the living area can be converted into a bed for children. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, and coffee maker, making this unit its own self-contained oasis.

THE WHITE HOUSE

The third villa is located below the infinity pool level, and provides the illusion of complete seclusion. A staircase from the pool deck leads to a private terrace overlooking the sea with two tall sliding doors that bring the views indoors. One entrance leads to the main living and kitchen area, while the other entrance leads to the bedroom suite. The bedroom suite is designed such the attached bathroom also enjoys a sea view through the bedroom doors when a privacy screen is raised. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, oven, and coffee maker.

A carport below the third villa’s terrace provides covered parking for two cars.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
