A great few days in a lovely property

Great clean property. Good facilities and only 10-15mins from the Cité and Le shuttle terminal. My children loved the garden and we would come back in an instant! The only negative was the pillows on the bed-awful.

After we have not really anyway felt comfortable in the house, we decided to leave and forget the last two/three days. The house was not near to be clean. The kitchen felt sticky…Every few seconds there was a strange beep-tone. Half an hour trying to find the cause it was the cookingfield. No chance to find the reason, so we swiched off the fuse.The first tea looked like it was milk inside … the water cooker was up to 8 mm of lime. We cooked it out with vinegar…The toilet brush …we cleaned as good as possible...Sunday morning, we wanted to use the cookingfield first time to make some eggs. Soon there where coming drops of old fat from the extractor hood on our eggs. That was just too disgusting and just too much….A good house with horrible care.

Très bon séjour, la villa est bien arrangée, a de beaux volumes et est très lumineuse. Juste une petite attention à la vaisselle (je pense que le lave-vaisselle manque de sel et du coup, la vaisselle paraît sale, ce qui n’est pas super agréable). Il faudrait aussi changer les oreillers qui ont bien vécu. Mais sinon, très agréable séjour (c’est d’ailleurs la 2e fois qu’on vient). Et d’ailleurs, si jamais la villa était un jour en vente, je serais bien intéressée pour l’acheter 😉

Insgesamt strahlt das Haus mit dem Garten eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Garten ist schön gestaltet. Die Nähe zur Küste und zu verschiedenen Wanderrouten ist sehr angenehm, da man so nicht ständig auf das Auto angewiesen ist.

Het huis is ruim maar het meubilair deels versleten en een aantal lampen doen het niet (Er zijn geen reservelampen aanwezig.) De keuken is matig uitgerust de antiaanbaklaag van de pannen is versleten, de keukenmessen zijn bot. Het huis ligt op een zeer goede locatie van waaruit de omgeving prima te verkennen is. De restaurants in het dorp zijn echter op het toeristen seizoen ingesteld en sluiten eind september al een aantal dagen per week hun deuren. Uitstekende plek om een aantal dagen door te brengen maar een aantal verbeteringen zou het huis veel aantrekkelijker maken.

A beautifully renovated house with charm and plenty of natural light, a quiet location, and a large garden, still within walking distance of the beach. Unfortunately, the house seemed incredibly poorly maintained, as other reviews from 2025 have already mentioned. Eigentlich ein wunderschön renoviertes Haus mit Charme und viel Tageslicht, ruhiger Lage und großem Garten, noch fußläufig zum Strand. Leider aber wird das Haus offenbar unglaublich schlecht gepflegt, wie auch andere Bewertungen aus 2025 schon erwähnen. Auf keines der Probleme haben Agentur oder die lokale Betreuerin reagiert, trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Hinweise an beide. Vor allem Küche und Bad waren schlecht geputzt: fettiges Geschirr und Kalkflecken auf den Gläsern, Haare und Dreck in den Schubladen. Die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer war kaputt. Das Sofa ist völlig durchgesessen und im Grunde unbrauchbar. Der Kühlschrank hatte ein kaputtes Gefrierfach, weshalb unser frisch gekaufter Wocheneinkauf am nächsten Morgen komplett gefroren war. Die Schublade wird nur noch von Paketbank zusammengehalten. Der Ofen heizt kaum, das Ceran-Kochfeld gibt dauern seltsame Fehlermeldungen, und auch der Staubsauger taugt nicht viel. Im Trockner steckten noch die Handtücher der Vormieter. Alle Gartenmöbel waren ganz oder teilweise kaputt (Stühle und Liegen). Das Doppelbett im UG ist okay, die Dusche geräumig, der Fernseher eher klein.

Très belle villa lumineuse à la décoration stylée ! Bien placée, bien équipée. Parking privé pour 3 voitures. Nous avons fait plein de belles balades en famille et avons pu profité des nombreux bons restaurants aux alentours.

Très belle maison mais la propreté reste vraiment à désirer surtout au niveau de la literie ! Poussière etc ...La porte d'entrée a été forcée ! Le WC du rez n'est plus bien fixé ! Aucun accueil à l'arrivée ni de présence au départ ! Nous n'avons vu personne ! Aucune réponse au tél avant l'arrivée !

Schöner Garten, ruhige Lage. WLAN funktioniert schlecht. Es ist viel Material vorhanden, aber es ist abgenutzt oder funktioniert nicht; In allen Schränken liegen alte Gegenstände, was es für den Reinigungsdienst schwierig macht, dieses Haus hygienisch zu halten. Das Haus ist geräumig und hell.

Ein sehr schönes Haus! 15 gemütliche Minuten zu Fuß vom traumhaften Strand entfernt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Geschirrspüler, der in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird! Jedoch ist alles sehr zusammengwürfelt und teilweise kaputt. ( Einrichtung, Geschirr, Gläser,...) Gartenmöbel könnten mal erneuert und ergänzt werden. Es gab nur 2 sehr instabile Stühle, viel zu wenig für ein Haus dieser Größe! Trotz allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen, entspannten Urlaub. Im Ort selbst gibt es 3 Restaurants und sonst gar nichts, Einkaufen kann man in Calais, ca.15 Autominuten entfernt.

Positiv: Haus gut gelegen, schöner Garten Negativ: Das Haus war nicht gut gepflegt, viele Dinge im Haus waren kaputt/alt/schmutzig usw. Z. B. Haare und Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, die Badekappe schloss nicht richtig, ein Duschkopf funktionierte kaum, nur ein harter Strahl war vorhanden vorhanden, der andere Duschkopf (im anderen Badezimmer) war komplett verkalkt, aber zum Glück hat er funktioniert. Wir hatten plötzlich keinen Strom mehr. Beide Tischlampen in einem Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht.
