Villa Quinta Tropical is an exquisite villa, accommodating up to 12 guests, and offering a serene retreat with a private pool and breath-taking sea vistas. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a haven of comfort and convenience. The villa is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, ensuring a seamless blend of modern amenities with the tranquillity of the natural setting. Younger guests are catered to with entertainment options including table tennis and ample space for poolside play amidst the lush garden.



Stepping into the villa, guests are welcomed by a spacious living area adorned with plush sofas and entertainment amenities such as a TV, DVD player, and CD player. Adjacent to the living space lies a dining area, seamlessly connected to a fully-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and coffee maker. A breakfast table provides a cosy spot for morning gatherings before embarking on the day's adventures.



For those seeking relaxation under the warm Portuguese sun, the villa offers both open and shaded terraces. The expansive terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs and umbrellas, invites leisurely moments of sun-soaked repose. Meanwhile, a covered terrace overlooking the pool provides a shaded retreat, ideal for supervising children at play.



Accommodations within the villa are designed to ensure utmost comfort and privacy for guests. The ground floor hosts four elegantly appointed bedrooms, including two with king-size beds and two with queen-size beds, with shared bathrooms thoughtfully appointed with modern amenities. Additionally, a separate guest toilet enhances convenience for guests.



Ascending to the first floor, guests discover a luxurious master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. Meanwhile, the pool/garden level offers another king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, providing a secluded sanctuary for relaxation.



Outside, a grand staircase leads to a sprawling sun deck enveloping the private pool, where 12 sunbeds await sun-seeking guests. The rental price does not include (obligated extras):

- Deposit redemption: € 50 per week, non refundable (damage covered up to € 1.500 per booking).
