5 ground floor apartments that are almost exactly the same in the same building.
No sea view but just by the beach.
They are fully equipped just to make you feel that you are at your own home, even for the whole year. You will love the village & the spot that the apartment is placed.
Each apartment is 50tm2 and has:
one living room , one bedroom ,one bathroom with shower and verandas in front and at the back of the house.
The bedroom is equipped with one big-double size bed, big size closets and 2 bedside tables.
The living room includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is an electric cooker, refrigerator and gas stove for quicker cooking.
There is also toaster ,kettle and coffee machine.
Air condiotion is included.
Wi-fi internet connection is provided.
You should know that this is a family property and you will feel very comfy from the very beginning.
It has an outdoor living area where you can have your bikes, fishing equipment etc.
You can relax at your balcony or walk beside the beach which is just 10 meters away from your door.
Exactly the same distance where you can have a coffee at a relaxing cafeteria with sea view just in front of you.
All cafeterias, restaurants, taverns are easily reached in seconds. You can buy everything that you need from the 2 groceries (50 meters away from your apartment) or from the big AMAZING bakery which is easily accessible too.
Bus station is 15meters away form the house.
Big advantage of our apartment :It is just beside the beach and nearby you can reach all that you necessitate . You will not need to use your car, only if you want to visit other places. You can always go to beaches nearby Kiveri that are amazing too. It has many and different style of sea villages around Kiveri that you can spend the whole day. We will always be very glad to give you tips, depending on whatever type of holidays you desire.

Great holiday place

Very nice equipped and clean holiday appartment 2 minutes walk from the beach. We had great communication with Natasa who brought us cake, juice and fruit upon arrival. She was also very helpful regarding information on places to go and visit. We were 2 adults and 3 grownup children (18,22,24) and we had an extra bed put in the living room so there were 3 beds besides a double bed in the sleeping room. Many cafes and restaurants in the village, very good bakery and local supermarkets. A charming place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

Kiveri Apartment

We stayed in this apartment in August 2019. The apartment is small and clean and in the perfect position for all of the tavernas and beaches. The air conditioning in the apartment is perfect and there is lots of storage. No other reviewers mention that you can see the sea from the balcony -just! Natasha lives locally and is always hospitable and helpful. The only bad points of the accommodation were that the mattress was too hard and that the shower flooded when 3-4 people use it in a row. Eating out; All of the tavernas are great - very hospitable and the Summer taverna serves HUGE portions!! The cafe/beach bar at the very end of the beach offered great value food - burgers, chicken nuggets, coffee etc. There is also a trendy bar on the corner that sells cocktails and has a PlayStation which costs 2 euros for an hour. Our boys only went on it once as they just loved the people watching and relaxing! Beaches: We walked down to the smaller beach at the end of the pier and the fish taverna on the cliff let’s you use the toilet and offers orders for drinks on the beach. Lunch and dinner there is also lovely. You can also safely jump off the pier into the sea - hours of fun for our boys!! Also all of the sun beds are free on all the beaches we visited in the area. Shops; Go to the bakery in Kiveri - it’s amazing!! That bakery also drives down to the main beach about noon and sells donuts and baked products. The local supermarkets sell ample food and drinks. Transport/places to visit; We hired a car as we drove down from Athens. We were very impressed with the quality of the roads throughout our trips in the Poleponesse. Nafplio is absolutely stunning and as a family of 4 we ate for 20 euros on a very nice street ( gyros and Coke’s). Another day we drove to Tyros - amazing high cliff drive - perfectly safe with barriers all the way - the views are stunning! Tyros has the clearest and warmest water! Totally The trip; I would recommend that you stay in Athens and see the Acropolis/Parthenon before you travel to Kiveri but go later in the day as it gets hot in the summer! Also don’t drive through central Athens like we did!! However - the alternative is a toll road but well worth it. I think it cost us about 8 euros each way so ensure you have change. However it takes about 2.5hours to drive from the airport to Kiveri even when using the toll roads.

Everything fine

Hi ! We've been there at the beginning of October 2018 for 10 days. The appartement was well equipped and stove, oven, large fridge and WiFi worked as expected - fair "value for money". Our host Natasa was very friendly and helpful and small issues were fixed immediately. Thanks for that. Unfortunately Hurricane "Zorbas" has devastated the beach some days before, so we were unable to enjoy it. But we visited other historical sites in Mycene, Argos, Epidauros, Nafplio which is an easy task when having a rental car - which we had (for little money). In total it was a quite relaxing stay and really nothing to complain about. I can definitely recommend a stay.

Het appartement is érg basic.

In het appartement zijn 5 slaapplaatsen geregeld. Één slaapkamer met een (heel hard) matras. De deur van deze kamer kan niet dicht want het bed staat in de weg. Achter deze deur een onbereikbare spiegel. Geen plaats meer voor 2e nachtkastje en lampje. Basic keuken met hierin alles wat nodig is. In woonkamer nog een bed en een bedbank, beiden niet geschikt als zitplaats. Een houten tafel met 2 houten stoelen waarvan 1 kapot. Zitcomfort waardeloos. Op balkon (zonder uitzicht) een houten tafel met 2 plastic stoelen en een houten bank. Wederom geen zitcomfort. Badkamer erg smal. Wasmachine staat achter de deur waardoor je je om binnen te komen tussen de deur en de wastafel door moet wringen. Douche achter plastic gordijn. Airco alleen in open keuken. Er is geen eigen parkeergelegenheid. Parkeren op openbare plekken bij restaurants of strand. In het weekend moeilijk vrije plek te vinden. Vrij toegankelijk strand (geen ligbedjes) op ca. 200 meter. Kiezelstrand, waterschoenen een must. Volop leuke restaurantjes in de omgeving op loopafstand. Natasa is vriendelijk en, wanneer beschikbaar, behulpzaam. Bracht na eerste nacht een schuimrubber top zodat matras wat minder hard was. Haar telefoonnummer op de website klopte niet. Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig. Met behulp van lokale Grieken is het uiteindelijk gelukt om contact te leggen en ons appartement te betrekken.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Lage. Der Strand ist wunderbar. Von Kiveri aus kann man einiges unternehmen. Sehr gut ist auch die Bäckerei in Kiveri! Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbare Unterkunft und Gastfreundlichkeit

Wir haben uns in dem schönen, gepflegten und sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement der Familie Kostakis sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Strandnähe im Ort Kiveri, nur 20 Fahrminuten von Nafplion entfernt und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung dieser Region des Peloponnes. Das Haus, ein gepflegter Neubau, in dem auch die Eigentümerfamilie und deren Angehörige die Sommermonate verbringen, verfügt über eine ganze Reihe gut ausgestatteter Appartements: Durchdachte Raumaufteilung, solide Fenster mit intakten Mückengittern, 2 Balkone, geschmackvolle und solide Holzmöbel mit vielen Schränken, eine geräumige und gepflegte Küche! Im Ort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen hervorragenden Bäcker, eine Gemüsehändlerin am Ortseingang und einen schönen Strand, wo man sich fußläufig herrlich erfrischen kann. Hier sind auch ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, eine Haltemöglichkeit am Haus zum Ein- und Ausladen besteht. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns die Vermieterin Natasa und übergab uns ein frisch gereinigtes Appartement, in dem Kuchen und Saft bereitstanden. Wir hatten sehr freundliche Nachbarn und am Ende wurde uns noch hervorragender Wein aus eigener Herstellung mit auf den Weg gegeben. Griechische Gastfreundlichkeit gepaart mit einem gehobenen Standard der gebotenen Unterkunft - wir können dieses Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Excellent standards, service and situation

We were happy to find everything as shown on the pictures. It's a family owned holiday centre with a small number of spacious, well equipped and modern appartments where everything works: great air condition, lots of warm water in the shower etc. There is a cozy, boarding house-like atmosphere, where you say hello to the other guests if you meet them in town, or if they return while you relax on the balcony. Natasa and her famiily are always ready to help if you need advice in any practical matter. The place is perfectly situated, and you have the wonderful beaches and restaurants just around the corner. We will definetely be back.

Nous avons passé, avec nos 3 enfants, 2 superbes semaines à Kiveri. Excellent accueil et extrême disponibilité de la propriétaire. Appartement très fonctionnel, avec tout le nécessaire. Appartement vraiment à 2 pas de la plage. Plage familiale très agréable. Village peu touristique, donc immersion quasi totale. Je recommande!

splendid autumn holidays in lovely apartmen

We spent splendid holidays in autumn. Before breakfast we went to swim - the appartment is just near the beach. We made trips to Nafplio, Mykene and Astros Kiveri is a very good base for sightseeing. Autumn is perfect to combine beach holiday and sightseeing. The appartment is very nice, well equiped, spacious and clean. And the family is very attentive. We can highly recommend this appartment for relaxing and active holidays.

Best owners ever, wonderful place

That was a perfect holiday in Greece thanks to Kostakis family. It is amazing that the owners are ready to assist you in anything that you need. The very first minute we arrived till the end of our stay we felt care and friendly attitude. I have back problems and I can‘t sleep on a hard mattress and I told this to Natasa, so she brought me another mattress. We could feel attentiveness even in trivial things, for example, when we settled in the apartment Natasa’s daughter brought us several bottles of drinking-water. Natasa‘s mother was so kind to treat us with absolutely delicious traditional Greek dishes almost every day. Even though we do not speak Greek and the mother doesn‘t speak English she used to come to talk to us and that was a big pleasure. Natasa‘s father brought us his homemade wine which was really tasteful. I could keep on writing many good things about these wonderful people. Not only the owners are wonderful, the apartment is great, clean and comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. It has a good terrace where it is perfect to have breakfast and dinner or just to spend time with the family. The beach is also lovely with parasols and loungers for free. The biggest advantage is that the beach is only some footsteps away from the apartment. The location of Kiveri is perfect if you are fond of travelling around and going sightseeing. There are so many interesting historical places and archaeological sites around. The village is in the middle of the Peloponnese peninsular, which is very convenient as you can reach all the interesting places easily and quickly. So my advice is, if you want to have an excellent holiday among wonderful, welcoming and hospitable people, so this is definitely the place for you. Super holiday

Hello We stayed for two weeks in a appartement from Natasa and her family. It was à very pleasant stay Very nice and clean appartement nearby the sea,50 mtr. (the matras is hard :-). It's a little village, with 2small supermarkets, and fantastic baker, several tavernes. You need à car to visit the "old" history towns. We like Nafplion very very much and we love the friendly family! Enjoy tour stay! Quirinus and Barbera The Netherlands

Lovely apartment, lovely village named Kiveri

This place is excellently located.it is in the centre of the village and all the attractions are all nearby. Basic services are in the village, bakery, butcher, market and pharmacy. All restaurants are in a walking distance. They are some traditional restaurants, that offer food in reasonable price. It is a highly recommended and well equipment apartment, in a lovely place, just 10 meters from the beach. The apartment is a very nice, spacious,clean and it has everything we needed, just as it was described. The beach in front of the apartment is a very safe sandy beach where we enjoyed swimming especially our kids.One day that was windy my son asked from someone his board and did windsurfing that he enjoyed like crazy.But normally the sea was calm and very peaceful.we were all day at the beach hanging around and we could see our apartment from the beach. The village is in a strategic geocraphic spot that you can do all the sightseeing that you desire.Nafplio-Argos-Mykines-Astros-Leonidio are places that we visited and loved..The family is all very friendly and treated us all the time with something to eat or drink.We felt like we were Greeks somehow..I highly recommend these beach apartments in Kiveri.

The most glorious place for a restful holiday

The apartments are the most comfortable you will find with excellent facilities, almost everything that you can think of is provided and if there is something extra that isn't there, then Natasia or Sofia will do her best to provide it for you. The area of Kiveri has the perfect setting looking across the bay to Nafplio and the Palamidi Fortress, it is about 15 minutes drive from Argos which is the main town tin the area which has a superbly restored Venetian Fortress built above this old Greek Citadel, Argos also has a remarkable market with the freshest of everything two days a week and also a large amount of fine bars and restaurants, The shopping is diverse, tasteful and modern. The same also goes for historic Nafplio, about 20 minutes drive but is much more sophisticated and chic offering high end Hotels, restaurants, shops, cafe-bars and a harbor side promenade lined with high end cafes, a great place to spot the international rich and famous. One of our favourite restaurants is Taverna Ta Hassapakia in Nea Kios, a delightful small town on the way to Nafplio, takes about 10 minutes in the car, the food is fantastic and the place always busy no matter what day you go, best to go early and stay long! The Greeks are a warm welcoming people and after going to Greece so many times in my life all I want to do is retire there. If you want an absolutely carefree holiday in the most delightful setting with every conceivable amenity within a short drive then this is the place, just book up, rent a car before you go and pick it up at Athens or Kalamata airport and have a lazy drive down the motorway to Kiveri and let Sofia and Natasa smooth out any problems, whilst you have the best holiday of your life!

Schönes Appartement

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock der Anlage, mit schönem Meerblick hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war insgesamt super, inklusive aller elektrischen Geräte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Ort Kiveri, in Strandnähe. Besonders erfreut waren wir über einen "gefüllten Kühlschrank", der als Willkommensgruß sehr angenehm war. Kiveri ist ideal für Ausflüge auf dem Peloponnes. Kiveri verfügt auch über einen kleinen, gepflegten Strand, unweit der Ferienwohnung. Der Kundenservice war sehr gut, inklusive der Kontakt zur Familie. Die Ferienwohnung ist bestens zu empfehlen! Marcella

Just what we needed

Summer time in Greece is amazing and in Kiveri is more relaxing that I would ever imagine.The house is just what we hoped and is 10 feet away!! Everything is clean and neatly,as we needed the house to be. The family is the kindest and always helpful making you feel like home. We were ALL day long at the beach drinking beverages from the cafeterias and went with the swimsuit to the house if we wanted to get something. It was the perfect summer holiday.. We will go back.That is for certain.

Lovely property hosts very welcoming

The property was accurate regarding location. Not easy to park near by, but plenty of room to park at the end of the beach. Very busy at weekends as everyone seems to come to this small beach,but there are plenty of beaches a short drive away which were quieter. The apartment was very clean and Natasha and her family were very kind, always giving us little gifts. . A visit to Nafpilion and Epidavros is a must. If you are flying into Athens don't miss seeing the Corinth canal on the way.

Pleasant indeed!

We really enjoyed staying Kiveri.Very strategic location as the major attractions on the Peloponnese are a just a few hours drive away. Everything we needed staying with two children was available. Quiet at night to rest. Very helpful hosts and excellent hospitality. Warmly recommended!

Relaxing family summer holidays

Lovely clean, airy, spacious apartment, lots of storage space and great air conditioning! Family-owners really lovely and helpful. Apartment was very well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, coffee maker, washing machine etc - perfect for self-catering. So nice to be able to wash towels etc after swimming - always dried off in the sun on the small back balcony by the time we next went swimming! Two minutes walk to (pebbly) beach, and lovely tavernas. Need to get to beach relatively early to get best sunbeds/umbrellas. Sunbeds well served by local tavernas and a mobile bakery! Village quite hilly and parking sometimes not possible right next to apartments. Please be aware that like many Greek villages, there are no pavements so do need to be careful if walking around with small children especially at night. Wi-Fi in the apartment wasn't always strong enough to maintain signal to download emails, but there was free Wi-Fi at one of the local tavernas if the apartment Wi-Fi couldn't manage. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Idyllic vacation apartment!

The apt was spacious, clean, modern, lovely. Everything worked very well; it is well built and we had everything we needed, cooking utensils, linens, etc. The family and neighbors were warm, generous, and helpful, the townspeople very friendly. It is very close to Mycenae; we arrived before other visitors. I highly recommend visiting that site. We loved Kiveri, Iliana's family, and the beautiful, convenient location of the apt. It's 15-20 min from Nafplio, where we enjoyed wonderful seafood meals, the shops, architecture of the historic area, and seaside strolls. We hope to return; of all the stops on our 3 week trip, our week at the apt in Kiveri was the most relaxing. The warmth of everyone there was delightful. It was an opportunity to experience small town Greek life in a stunningly beautiful setting. We hope to return!

OK!

Kiveri is a delightful village situated on a hill overlooking the bay of Nafplio. Beautiful sea and local enliven the evenings. Climate is very hot in the day but pleasant in the evening. The house in which we stayed was equipped with all the comforts. We had a great time and we want to thank the family Kostakis all the attention received. The only thing that maybe was wrong was the fact that the house faced the main road, the one that connects the main road up to the beach, and was exposed to the sounds of motorcycles, cars and the voices of passers-by at all hours of the day and night. Other than that nothing to say and we can recommend the house!

Perfect

Kiveri is a perfect place for a calm, relaxed holiday and so is the Iliana's apartment. Just a few steps from the beach, very clean and fully equipped, we couldn't wish for more. Very close to grocery store and tavernas. The bed was a bit hard but bedsheets and towels were spotless; so was the apartment itself. The service was excellent, all request were fulfilled immediately. The only minus was mosquitoes but it has nothing to do with Iliana :) And yes, the bakery in Kiveri is really delicious :)

Once you come to our property you will know why everyone is coming over and over again..It is beside the beach-it is clean-it is spacious and we will always be there to givr you extra info .Kiveri is a small village in the Argolis prefecture on the bay of Argos across from the tourist center of Nafplion, Greece. Kiveri has a predominantly agricultural economy revolving around the growth and distribution of oranges and olives. There is also a small fishing industry.It is across the bay from Nafplion and most houses in Kiveri are built with a balcony and a have a view of the sea. It is just perfect for every kind of holidays you wish to have.If you want to get pleasure from bars there are many on the Argolic golf (8 minutes away), and a couple in the village Kiveri. If you need to relax there are great traditional taverns at Kiveri.There is also Italian restaurant. Of course there are numerous eating places around Kiveri (5-10 minutes away ) for every kind of food you want to eat. There is sightseeing in Astros and many more places around that you can visit.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You really don't need a car or even a bike..The sea is just in front of you,the groceries are 10 meters away and all the restaurants and cafeterias are around you(1-2 minutes walking..).
The property is huge for a couple and normal for a family.Spacious and comfy just beside the beach and everything needed is in walking distance.
