5 ground floor apartments that are almost exactly the same in the same building.
No sea view but just by the beach.
They are fully equipped just to make you feel that you are at your own home, even for the whole year. You will love the village & the spot that the apartment is placed.
Each apartment is 50tm2 and has:
one living room , one bedroom ,one bathroom with shower and verandas in front and at the back of the house.
The bedroom is equipped with one big-double size bed, big size closets and 2 bedside tables.
The living room includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is an electric cooker, refrigerator and gas stove for quicker cooking.
There is also toaster ,kettle and coffee machine.
Air condiotion is included.
Wi-fi internet connection is provided.
You should know that this is a family property and you will feel very comfy from the very beginning.
It has an outdoor living area where you can have your bikes, fishing equipment etc.
You can relax at your balcony or walk beside the beach which is just 10 meters away from your door.
Exactly the same distance where you can have a coffee at a relaxing cafeteria with sea view just in front of you.
All cafeterias, restaurants, taverns are easily reached in seconds. You can buy everything that you need from the 2 groceries (50 meters away from your apartment) or from the big AMAZING bakery which is easily accessible too.
Bus station is 15meters away form the house.
Big advantage of our apartment :It is just beside the beach and nearby you can reach all that you necessitate . You will not need to use your car, only if you want to visit other places. You can always go to beaches nearby Kiveri that are amazing too. It has many and different style of sea villages around Kiveri that you can spend the whole day. We will always be very glad to give you tips, depending on whatever type of holidays you desire.

Το μόνο που ήταν οκ ήταν η καθαριότητα του χώρου,πλην των κλινοσκεπασματων που μύριζαν απαίσια (πολυκαιρία και γενικά ασχημα-βαζαμε κολωνιες να φύγει η μυρωδιά...)Καναπέδες-κρεβατι και οι 2 κατεστραμμένοι με ελατήρια που για μην σου τρυπάνε τη πλάτη σου φέρνανε έξτρα ένα υποτυπώδες "στρώματακι"...Όπως και το στρώμα του κρεβατιού παλιό και καλυμμένο με ένα αφρώδες...Κάτσαμε ένα μήνα χωρίς να αντιστοιχεί το ενδιαφέρον και οι παροχές της περιοχής για τόσο μεγάλο διάστημα διαμονής(μετά τη βδομάδα βαριέσαι...) Δώσαμε ένα μεγάλο χρηματικό ποσό και αντί να υπάρξει ο επαγγελματισμός ο σεβασμός και η σοβαρότητα ενός οικοδεσπότη,λάβαμε τη χείριστη αντιμετώπιση από την Νατάσα,με επιοικως ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ και ΠΡΩΤΟΓΟΝΗ συμπεριφορά,λες και βγήκε από τα σπήλαια με το ρόπαλο,να μας μιλήσει με τρελό ύφος ψευτομαγκιας και να απειλήσει μέχρι και τη σωματική μας ακεραιότητα επειδή θέλαμε να αποχωρήσουμε την επόμενη μέρα μέχρι τις 11:00 όπως έγραφε η κράτηση μας!!Ενώ εκείνη ήθελε να της αδειάσουμε το χώρο αφού είχε πάρει τα λεφτά, νωρίτερα ότι ώρα την βόλευε!!!ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΚΑΙ Πάλι ΝΤΡΟΠΗ...μπροστά στο ανήλικο παιδί μου να με βρίζει και να έρχεται μέσα στη μούρη μου για να με χτυπήσει!Αν είναι δυνατόν εν έτει 2025 και ενώ έχεις αφήσει τα ωραία σου λεφτά να σου φέρονται λες και είσαι ζώο!!ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ!!Και γενικά υπήρχε το αίσθημα ότι μόνιμα κάποιος σε παρακολουθούσε έμπαινε στο πίσω μπαλκόνι κλπ κλπ...Αδιακρισια έντονη!Υπάρχουν πάρα πολλές επιλογές διαμερισμάτων με σοβαρούς οικοδεσπότες και όχι ψυχασθενείς

Great location, okay space, horrible property manager. - Address in confirmation email takes you to another location. I knew the language and was able to ask someone for help. - Ac unit is broken - top flap is taped down and second flap does not move so air does not blow to cool down and does not reach the bedroom. - Asked for a fan - was brought an old broken fan. Another very hot evening of sleep. Didn’t see the host to let her know it was broken but a brand new box fan showed up on the doorstep the next night so she knew she gave us a broken fan the night before. - 3 days into our trip, I catch the host peering at me through a sliding door. She startled me and I opened the door to say hello. She said “oh, you’re here?” I said yes. She said well if you’re not here, you must turn off the ac unit. I kind of scoffed at the request with it being 43 degrees during the day but said we’ll try our best to remember but it gets very hot and it’s more comfortable when we get back if it’s on. She said no, it’s forbidden and you must turn it off. - There was no other questions about how we’ve enjoyed our stay so far, etc. she left in a haste. - Left the unit for 1.5 hours later that day to return and find the ac had been turned off. She entered with no warning with our passports and money there. There is no safe on the property. - you must arrange cleaning with the cleaner yourself. No replenishment of toilet paper. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Many other lovely properties in Kiveri

Υπέροχo!

Το σπίτι είναι καταπληκτο! Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο (και η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο και το υπνοδωμάτιο, δεν θα χρειαστεί να φέρετε σχεδόν τίποτα, εκτός από τα σαμπουάν σας.), ήταν πετακάθαρο, και σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία (είναι μόλις 1 λεπτό από την παραλία, και η τοποθεσία είναι ευνόεική καθώς το σπίτι είναι κοντά και στα 2 συπερ μάρκετ αλλά και στις ταβέρνες.). Η οικοδεσποτρια ήταν καταπληκτική! Ήταν πολύ ευγενική και πάτα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Έκανε την εμπιρια μας στο Κιβέρι ακόμη ποιο ευχάριστη.

Great location in Kiveri

Good size apartment, just a few steps from the beach and nearest bar. Short walk to a number of restaurants and grocery stores. Loved staying here, locals very friendly. Would recommend a car to explore further afield.

Άψογο κατάλυμα και πολύ προσεγμένο

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε ένα οίκημα πολλών διαμερισματων, καινούριο από όσο κατάλαβα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε άψογη κατάσταση με πλήρη οικοσκευή ( κανονική κουζίνα, μεγάλο ψυγείο, πλυντήριο, πιάτα ποτήρια και σκεύη μαγειρικής, τηλεόραση, internet, σίδερο και εννοείται κλινοσκεπάσματα και πετσέτες. Δίπλα στη θάλασσα , ιδανικό για οικογενειακές και όχι μόνο διακοπές καθώς στην παραλία εκτός από τα εστιατόρια υπάρχει και club. Ίσως το μόνο αρνητικό αλλά μάλλον αναμενόμενο είναι η φασαρία λόγω της θέσης του καταλύματος πολύ κοντά στην παραλία. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in kleinem Städtchen auf Peloponnes

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für einen Sommerurlaub - Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, zwei Terrassen, Wäschestander und am wichtigsten: 1 min zum Strand. Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett und in Küche-/Wohnbereich weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten (bis zu 3 Personen). Zwei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe sowie eine sensationelle Bäckerei. Das Örtchen ist mini, hat einen Steinstrand, Bars und Restaurants. Unsere Vermieterin Natasha war super freundlich und unkompliziert.

Once you come to our property you will know why everyone is coming over and over again..It is beside the beach-it is clean-it is spacious and we will always be there to givr you extra info .Kiveri is a small village in the Argolis prefecture on the bay of Argos across from the tourist center of Nafplion, Greece. Kiveri has a predominantly agricultural economy revolving around the growth and distribution of oranges and olives. There is also a small fishing industry.It is across the bay from Nafplion and most houses in Kiveri are built with a balcony and a have a view of the sea. It is just perfect for every kind of holidays you wish to have.If you want to get pleasure from bars there are many on the Argolic golf (8 minutes away), and a couple in the village Kiveri. If you need to relax there are great traditional taverns at Kiveri.There is also Italian restaurant. Of course there are numerous eating places around Kiveri (5-10 minutes away ) for every kind of food you want to eat. There is sightseeing in Astros and many more places around that you can visit.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You really don't need a car or even a bike..The sea is just in front of you,the groceries are 10 meters away and all the restaurants and cafeterias are around you(1-2 minutes walking..).
The property is huge for a couple and normal for a family.Spacious and comfy just beside the beach and everything needed is in walking distance.
