Cette magnifique villa est une base fantastique pour des vacances dans le Saint- Zone Tropez de la CÎte d'Azur que les routes à toutes les attractions principales et les célÚbres plages sont facilement accessibles. Villa La Prairie offre à ses clients des contrastes entre explorer les villes perchés pacifiques et la campagne de Provence avec le buzz et l'excitation de Saint- Tropez.

Villa La Prairie a été entiÚrement rénové et est meublé et équipé à un niveau trÚs élevé, avec air conditionné installé dans toutes les chambres. Il a un style français contemporain et un design lumineux et spacieux. Il est situé dans les terres agricoles protégées et entouré de vignobles. Les motifs, sécurisé fermée, il est idéal pour les familles avec enfants, et de la région et des terrasses sur trois niveaux piscine isolée permettent aux clients à la fois intimité et d'espace pour la détente. La villa est située dans de beaux jardins de parcs contenues, avec de vastes pelouses vertes et des arbres matures. Les vues depuis les jardins et les terrasses sont à couper le souffle.

La villa dispose Ă©galement d'une belle nouvelle maison de la piscine et une grande terrasse en pierre avec espaces de divertissement et de places assises Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, qui peut ĂȘtre Ă©clairĂ©e la nuit pour crĂ©er une ambiance parfaite pour douces soirĂ©es d'Ă©tĂ©. La piscine peut ĂȘtre chauffĂ©e pour assurer que les clients peuvent profiter des bienfaits de la natation de PĂąques Ă  fin de l'Ă©tĂ©.

La piscine isolée dans le jardin supérieur est parfaitement situé pour avoir le soleil toute la journée. La maison de la piscine, les pelouses et les arbres voisins donnent l'occasion pour l'ombre. La piscine est alarmé et a marches de l'entrée pour donner un accÚs facile pour les enfants ùgées ou petites.

Dans les jardins il ya un toboggan et une balançoire en bois pour les enfants puissent en profiter. Les propriétaires ont leur propre petit enfant de sorte que la villa est équipée de nouvelles ressources de haute qualité, y compris: un lit Voyage; des portes d'escalier; jouets; une chaise haute «Stoke» et la plupart des choses que les familles auraient besoin pour répondre à leurs enfants pendant les vacances.

La conception et l'amĂ©nagement de la villa fonctionne extrĂȘmement bien pour les couples ou jusqu'Ă  deux ou trois familles. Villa La Prairie est l'endroit parfait pour se divertir. La grande terrasse couverte et al fresco salle Ă  manger est le meilleur rĂ©glage pour les petits dĂ©jeuners, les barbecues ou en regardant le soleil se coucher avec un verre de rosĂ©. La propriĂ©tĂ© est sur trois Ă©tages et toutes les chambres ont la climatisation rĂ©versible et vue sur les vignes, de beaux jardins et la campagne environnante.

We loved our stay. Great service and great location.

The check-in was easy and the caretakers very friendly. There was a helpful information binder with tips on places to go, restaurants to eat at, etc. The house itself is beautiful with w great pool and proper air-conditioning in the house for when it got hot outside. We would gladly come again. We had a great time.

We were so impressed with this place and we loved every minute we were here. The villa La Prairie has everything you could want for a beautiful holiday. The house itself is beautifully decorated and well equiped and in the garden there are so many areas in which you can relax. The pool is fabulous. We and our children had so much fun. We would definitely recommend Villa La Prairie to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with family or friends. It‘ s a perfect place and very well positioned to visit all the fantastic french towns like St. Tropez, Gassin or Grimaud. Practically perfect in every way!

This has to be the cleanest, best equipped villa we have ever stayed in. It is beautiful inside and out with everything needed for a great holiday. Peaceful at night and very effective, quiet air conditioning. The villa is very well maintained, so child friendly and just superb.

Beautiful Villa in excellent location!!

Gorgeous villa, just as pictured with well equipped kitchen, pool area, and comfortable beds, nice clean and well kept bathrooms, spacious grounds with boule court and plenty of space for the kids to run around. Felt tucked away amidst the vineyards yet close enough to pop in to Cogolin every morning for fresh bread and croissants. Close drive to the beach or some of the beautiful hillside villages in the area. Would love to come back and spend another week or more here!

Paradise in France

There is a certain expectation which every person holds when holidaying in the South of France, Villa La Prairie exceeds those expectations. When entering the Villa’s grounds you cannot help but be blown away by the 360 degree views right in front of you, that smell that the South of France carries automatically puts a smile on your face, I knew at this point my holiday had started and the dreaded cooking, cleaning and tidying which I am sure every mum out there can relate to, was going to stop for 10 blissful days. The Villa is designed for spacious and easy living, I never felt at any point my friends and I were on top of each other whether that be in the living room, kitchen or by the pool. The Villa also somehow encapsulates what an adult needs to enjoy their holiday as well as being totally welcoming to kids and utterly child friendly from top to toe. In terms of location, this villa hits the nail on the head for me personally, tucked away far enough for me to be separated from the hustle and bustle that St Tropez can sometimes carry, but close enough for me to drive there for a spot of breakfast, lay on the famous beaches and of course hit the St Tropez shops! On several occasions we also took a short drive to explore the surrounding old villages which set the scene for plenty of wine filled dinners. I was very impressed with the presentation of the Villa itself, on arrival every room was spotless, clean and welcoming, the pool area had plenty of beds to lay on and the pool itself was very hygienic, it is clearly taken care of around the clock. Over all, my stay at Villa La Prairie was wonderful, I have absolutely no complaints and it was everything I could have dreamed for. I will definitely be returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! I came back to London to numerous compliments from friends and family who told me I had never looked happier and was glowing

Perfect luxury villa and location

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa La Prarie. The villa is beautifully presented, from the smallest details inside the villa, to the pool, to the huge terrace overlooking the carefully tended, extensive gardens. If tasteful, high end, is what you're looking for, you won't be disappointed. The location in Cogolin is perfect. Gassin, Grimaud, Ramatuelle and of course, St Tropez are all really close by (even at peak time's if you take the back route to St Tropez). Whether on a romantic getaway or with family/friends/children, Villa La Prarie is a truly special villa in a perfect location.

Simply splendid

What an amazing villa in an excellent location. The house itself was very well equipped with modern appliances and an enormous fridge that made its own ice which was definitely needed! The pool was a great size and there were plenty of sun loungers for us all. The villa is located very close to Cogolin and a massive supermarket which was so useful. Also very easy to get out an about to Port Grimaud, Sainte Maxime and St Tropez. I would thoroughly recommend this villa as an amazing place to stay.

Hidden Paradise

A beautiful property in a quiet location. We had a wonderful stay. The Villa is maintained to a very high standard. It is light, spacious and airy. It's just gorgeous. The sheets are crisp and the towels are fluffy. I would thoroughly recommend this stunning house and its lovely pool to all my friends. The owner gave excellent customer service. Amazing Holiday at Villa La Prairie

We had a delightful two week family vacation at Villa La Prairie. The villa was stunning, beautifully maintained, well appointed and lovely little touches that made us fell so very welcome from the time that we arrived. The villa has a gorgeous balcony overlooking the amazing gardens and we spent much of our time on the terrace, enjoying BBQ's. and the swimming in the wonderful outdoor pool. The villa is situated in an area containing local French vineyards and only a short drive to a large supermarket containing fresh produce and lovely little bakeries and patisseries. St Tropez was easy to drive too as well as other nearby quaint French towns. We had the most relaxing time at Villa La Praire and will definitely return again as the Villa far exceeded our expectations. The villa was perfect for our young family, lots of space to run around in the garden and lots of fun in the pool. There were even books and toys our children could enjoy during our stay. The furnishings were beautiful with lovely bathrooms, great water pressure and comfortable mattresses. Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable from the lovely welcome pack, beautiful bed linens and towels and meet and greet team who were always on hand to answer our questions.

A beautiful villa in a wonderful location

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was a great size for 2 families and perfect for the children, who loved the pool and playing around in the large garden. It was really well equipped and had everything we needed and much more than most rental properties. It has been done up to a high standard with lots of lovely, personal touches. The villa's welcome back is very informative and we found all the restaurant recommendations to be very good. The villa is in a really great location to visit St Tropez and the surrounding areas easily but it was lovely to retreat back to the peace and quiet of the villa at the end of the day! The owners and the managers were a delight to deal with. We would recommend this villa to family and friends without hesitation.

Fab pad near Saint Tropez

We had a fantastic stay in Villa La Prairie. The villa is stunning and has absolutely everything you need. We loved the comfy beds and all the space - plenty of room for 2 families. James (age 7) had lots of fun exploring the grounds and playing in the pool. The location is perfect, set in the vineyards and incredibly peaceful, but just 5 minutes from Cogolin (very pretty little town) and the supermarket (with huge selection of rose!). I can't think of a better place to spend a holiday with friends and family!

Passend zur Umgebung komplett renoviertes Bauernhaus, stilvolles Ambiente, mit viel Charme und Persönlichkeit; wirkt privat - als wĂ€re man bei Freunden, modern, zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ und luxuriös, sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem nahe an netten Örtchen zum Verweilen, Besichtigen oder Einkaufen, schöne AusflĂŒge nach St.Tropez und einigen nahen StrĂ€nden. Strand ist gar nicht nötig, da tolle, beheizte Poolanlage vorhanden. Und der Garten gleicht eher einem Park. Elektrisches Tor an der Zufahrt zum Anwesen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt!

A luxurious and beautifully located haven.

We were hugely impressed on arrival at Villa La Prairie. After driving through a vineyard to get there we were met by impressive gates, and everything behind those just exceeded all expectation. A local couple look after the property and met us on arrival so we could be shown around and then we were left to our own devices in the most amazing house. Beautifully designed and decorated, it is bright, airy, spacious and clean with lovely windows and doors that you can fling open and feel like you are outside. The rooms are all so comfy with really good quality linens and the bathrooms are all modern and new. This is a very high end, quality house. The house actually sleeps about 12, but we were only 2, however, because of the way it is designed, (the rooms are off in different areas of the house) we were not rattling around. A couple of families could stay here independently of each other in terms of the sleeping arrangements and then come together in all the common parts. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room are all perfect and very spacious. The gardens are incredible and you sit on a beautiful terrace overlooking the front lawn with very established trees. At the end is a traditional boule court, perfect for some serious competitions with cold beer in hand before dinner on the terrace. The pool area is perfect, with gorgeous furniture to relax in. This place is just idyllic and very special. Once here you don't want to leave, but if you do, you are only a few miles from everything you need. Beaches, supermarkets, old historic villages, gorgeous restaurants and markets. There is something to do for one and all. Perfect for family holidays, adult only escapes and even for a very small group, as small as two! We came here on our honeymoon and we will be returning again next year with our friends. Villa La Prairie will not disappoint and we could not recommend it more highly.

The perfect family retreat in a stunning setting

We recently returned from a week long stay at Villa La Prairie. We went as two families (5 and 4) looking to spend time in a relaxing environment whilst also getting out and about in the St Tropez area to visit beaches and villages. This holiday home was just perfect. The property itself is stunning and in immaculate condition. There is plenty of room for everyone with more than enough bathrooms and a feeling of total space throughout. The kitchen is fitted with high quality appliances (we loved the coffee machine!) and in the bedrooms the beds are wonderfully comfortable. Outside, there is a wonderful view from the outdoor dining area across the beautifully lawned gardens (which were just perfect for my son to play football!) and to the side of the house is a charming childrens set of swings. To the rear is the beautiful pool and decked area where there is a lovely feeling of tranquility and plenty of sunloungers. The location of the villa is super - it was easy to get to all of the villages in the hills around St Tropez as well as the towns and beaches. The people looking after the villa were incredibly helpful and friendly and we would totally recommend this villa to others. Perhaps the best way to sum up our experience at this lovely villa is to say that our small children were in tears as we drove away!

A Perfect Family Holiday

We, and our 3 small children (1,2 and 4), stayed at Villa La Prairie for 2 weeks in July. We shared the first week with friends and their 3 children and the second week with family. The villa was perfect for both groups of visitors. It is very close to all that there is to do in St Tropez and it surroundings so we could spend mornings at the beach or touring villages before the traffic built up in the afternoon, and then return to our afternoons by the pool and in the garden. The villa is bright and airy and the gardens are vast, providing the children lots of places to play whilst we sat at the outdoor table eating the local fare and a few bottles of the rose we bought from the local vineyards. We also enjoyed some fantastic kid-free days with the local taxi service driving us to wonderful restaurants for some long afternoons. There is everything you need just down the road in Cogolin so it is not a chore to keep the villa well stocked. We rate this as our best family holiday ever and cannot recommend the villa highly enough

Thank you Villa La Prairie

I have never taken the time to write a review after taking a holiday, however this holiday was exceptional and I was so impressed with every aspect that I most definitely want to pass on every recommendation I can. This time last year I was planning a holiday with my friend and her small daughter, my three teenage daughters and their friend. Not an easy task to find somewhere that would tick all the boxes. We had heard about Villa La Prairie from another friend and it most definitely allowed for all the mixed age groups to stay comfortably together, so I booked to stay for a week at the end of June 2012. Every aspect of the villa and detail in description was faultless. The directions were so easy to follow from Nice airport. The location was just beautiful and so easy to get to all the pretty villages and of course into St Tropez ( for the teenagers). The villa itself was very tastefully decorated and had everything in place one could wish for. I especially loved the touch of the pod coffee machine. The pool was clean, private and just beautiful to swim in. The private areas outside each room gave everyone space to chill yet the huge deck at the front ensured we could all eat our meals together. We all had the best holiday and felt completely spoiled, I wouldn't hesitate in going again, even if it does mean flying over from Australia. Ally Corin

Stunning property in beautiful peaceful location

This property is stunningly beautiful. The pictures are a true image of the property each bedroom has its own character and those on the ground and first floor their own patio areas leading from the bedroom with beautiful views of the extensive front gardens. The property is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, bright airy and very spacious yet still maintaining a cosy comfortable atmosphere. It is clearly well looked after and maintained, the couple managing the property are exceptionally nice and extremely helpful. There is such a tranquil atmosphere a 'get away from it all' feeling to the Villa. The beautiful, long open gardens to the front give such a feeling of space while the pool area to the back/side of the property is totally secluded and very private. I cannot express just how beautiful and peaceful the place is. I was staying with my friend and her four year old daughter, she also had a teenage girl, friend of the family, to entertain her four year old while we spent some adult time to catch up. We spent days at the pool and evenings on the terraces in between visits to various local villages and towns. Cogolin was only a couple of mins drive through the beautiful vineyards and on to the main road. You can get all your provisions there, lovely typical French town. The more vibrant and popular St. Tropez is about 20 min drive, easy to get to by car and easy parking once you get there. (Mind you it was early September) There are so many places to visit all within easy access of the Villa, we took the back roads to Pampelonne Beach, the route was very scenic - definitely worth the trip. The beach is very upmarket with some fab restaurants and bars dotted along the length of beach. No where is too far from the villa, it is in an ideal location with easy access to many beautiful towns and villages in the region. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stunning villa, ideal for families with young children, and adults/couples looking to get away from it all while also looking to explore the region. A car is a must.

We, the owners, Nick and Fran Gowlland, are British and have a twelve year old daughter. We have both travelled extensively and have had the privilege of staying in some amazing places but the South of France and the St. Tropez area is the place we love coming to more than anywhere else. The minute we arrive at Villa La Prairie we feel relaxed and at home. We hope that this will be how our guests come to feel about their stay.

We bought our property after carrying out extensive research and visiting the area ourselves as a family over several years. Villa La Prairie has the layout, space and design that really works for groups of families and friends and this was important to us when buying our French home. The pool, gardens and views are restorative and we felt this as soon as we visited the Villa. We knew from the experience of being holiday makers in the St. Tropez area ourselves which beaches, villages and facilities it would be important to be near, but we also wanted to be able to access key routes to destinations easily without being caught in the summer traffic. The geographical position of Villa La Prairie managed to meet all of our criteria.

It was also important for us to buy a home that we could renovate and design to ensure that we offer all the modern contemporary requirements that family and guests expect, whilst maintaining the French charm we had fallen in love with when we first saw Villa La Prairie. We have worked very hard with a great local team to renovate our home to a high standard.

It is unique in the sense that it is rurally situated in tranquil vineyards, but only 15 to 20 minutes' drive to the most popular destinations in the St. Tropez area, and positioned so as to avoid peak season traffic. It also offers guests opportunities to enjoy the experience of a traditional French town, which functions all year round. We particularly enjoy the area in the spring and late summer, and every time we visit there is more to explore.
